The room was comfortable. There was an issue with a lack of hot water but it was resolved overnight when we mentioned it. The hotel is handily placed near Wenceslas Square. The breakfast was good with a choice of hot dishes made to order.
The tea making equipment is hard to find behind a cupboard which you need to push. The lack of hot water for a short time.

Great location in the city center, big comfortable bed and bathtub. Good internet connection
If you want a quiet hotel to relax or work, this is definitely not for you, it is not soundproof at all, there is not enough coffee, tea, etc., I missed makeup remover tools - now standard in every better hotel, I also missed another large towel, if you have long hair like me, you will have to hold the hair dryer for at least half an hour, shampoo of the same brand as here, I also use it and the consistency here says that it was probably diluted with water, dirty bathroom door and as a bonus loose window curtain, which I noticed right after arriving and the lady at the reception told me that I did it. The hotel has four stars, but it definitely does not deserve them.

It was very modern clean and surprisingly cool with a great location. The staff was also super helpful and informative.

The location couldn't be better!
The staff were very polite and attentive!
The room - spacious and clean,the bed huge and very comfortable!
The only thing - our room was close to the elevator and was not soundproof so we would hear it all the time..

Location, space, bed size, clean, friendly and helpful staff.
Broken shower rail and hose, extractor fan issues, toilet too high, was like the room was unfinished, unknown locked doors, bathroom door wouldn’t close, milk out of date, broken bannister on top floor opp lift, very dangerous with a 4 floor drop below, Indian food smell in room from downstairs restaurant, breakfast was sausage or sausage!

Right in the center of Prague, but situated in a quiet road.
Large room with comfortable Hästens beds. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Yiannis who made sure that we felt right at home and gave us the best information about the city too. Our bicycles were stored safely during our stay. Good breakfast.

The reception staff was very helpful and even upgraded us to a deluxe room. The facilities in the room were complete even with a smart tv with Netflix. The breakfast was great with special omelette and crepes by request.
The air con is a gripe. It takes a long time to cool down the room making it quite uncomfortable on hotter days. The conditions of the room is also a little run down. May need some touch up or upgrading.

The location is perfect. Bath instead of a shower can be good if you like this kind of relax. Big bottles of soap, shiwer gel, shampoo, conditioner - I don't like tiny bottles in a hotel. Very helpful personnel, if we stay for another day, I'm sure personel would help us with the climat control issue. Breakfast is not diverce, but tasty and because it's in a neighbor restaurant there is plenty of room for guests.
Really big table and comfortable chair. Nice beds, not too soft.
Ceiling in a room on the fourth floor is sloping, we hit heads a few times. Electricity schema is strange: a lack of a socket by one bad, but a socket on the out wall that you can only duck to; double switchers, but you can't turn the lites partially. We had an issue with climat control. I lowered the fan power for the night, put it up in the morning, but it didn't increased the power, so the room was warm in the evening.
