The hotel is at a very nice location - close to everything that you need basically. The staff was incredible, super helpful and gave ua some great tips about places to visit. They also were kind enough to give us a nicer room since we had some troubles with parking. They will give you a discount code for mr parkit if you need it. The room itself was very nice, the staff also lent us an umbrella for one of the days since it was raining. The breakfast was good as well. Overall, nice place, great location, great staff and a comfy bed. :)
My one thing - the bathtub had hair in it before we used it, so it was probably not cleaned well from the previous guests, though it looked clean otherwise. Also, it seems like the pillows generally used in hospitality in Czech are veeeery soft (your head just sinks in the pillow type of soft), which is not everybody’s jam, but you can always ask for another pillow from the reception.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They always had a smile on their faces and provided useful information about the local area. They gave advice on how to save money with local attractions.
The location of the hotel was amazing for getting around the city, some really nice bars around.
Sound proofing of the windows was a bonus as the street below was noisy when the window was open.
We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.
The air-conditioning in the room didn't work so we were hot and because the street was noisy we couldn't have the window open.

The hotel staff in every role has been outstanding and eager to help. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were great, with comfortable beds and cleanliness throughout. Plus, it’s conveniently located with easy access to all areas.

Just A suggestion: it would be nice to have two small bottles of water provided in the mini fridge upon arrival.

The location is superb, right in the center of the city, walkable to every sightseeing place, very nice restaurants, cafes nearby. Staff is very friendly. The hotel itself is quiet, room is quite spacious with all amenities. However I would appreciate to have at least one bottle of water in the room, I was informed that the tap water is drinkable but I have a thing for tap water, just can’t drink, so had to buy it every day at the markets.
