Friendly staff ..room was great very clean comfortable beds Breakfast was very good with a option to have a fresh cooked breakfast included exceptional quality.
The location was great a 5 minutes walk to all restaurants cafes and the Christmas markets

Walls between rooms are literally from paper. When guests in next room are talking you can easy recognize what they are saying. Such poor construction cannot be used in hotels.

I recently stayed at The Icon Hotel in the heart of Prague, and everything was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable—right in the city center, making it easy to explore all the main sights on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed.
The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to choose from.
Overall, The Icon exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague!

The Location ist wonderfully central. Quick Access to Trams. By Foot you reach the city Center. I liked the size of the Hotel. Not big, not small. Rooms are nice and functional.
I would expect more Czech Food. If you come late. There are no more selection. The Staff does not refill the buffet. Bread and the selection is rather small and sometimes from the day before. Def. potential to get better in the breakfast buffet. Not intercontinetal Breakfast. More Czech Tradition. All seems so done without a hinge of love.

Our experience at The ICON Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Prague and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant, with a great selection of delicious food to start the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely come back again!

It tries to look like a 4* hotel but not really.
The breakfast lady screaming at me that I should tell her about my glutenfree diet a day before my arrival. Altough it was a one night stay and I did say it at the reception a day before.
