Great location on a quiet street close to the centre of the Old Town, Very clean and a lovely garden terrace at the back of the hotel. Friendly doormen to greet you every time you came back to the hotel.
Air Conditioning didn't work properly for the first two days and could only be switched on or off from the technicians office. Turndown service only happened one night of the three. Only on departure did reception apologise for the issues we experienced.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
We were able to walk a short distance from the train station. We were greeted by genuine staff. I’m not sure why we were upgraded but our room was fantastic. The food and service was exceptional. We were able to walk everywhere only using a taxi once to get to the castle but walking back was downhill and easy.
The spa pool was closed for repair

The Grand Mark rates as one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in my many trips to Europe! The room was Devine, the restaurant excellent, and most importantly the entire staff friendly and beyond helpful in every way… especially Klara and Bilal who answered every question , assisted in every decision, and were always there to greet with a smile and hello. The Grand Mark was a lovely oasis in the bustle of busy Prague!

The hotel is 6-7 min walking distance to the old town. Rooms ceiling were very high . Rooms were clean. The breakfast choices were excellent. Everything was fresh. The staff was so friendly. Specially BILAL who made each day perfect by asking what to organize early in the morning .
He is a perfect gentleman:)
Definitely give a chance to the hotel restaurant dinner one night.
You won’t regret.

Location, room was big and nice.
The hotel staff were absolutely awful—extremely rude, ill-mannered, and disrespectful. They entered the room without permission, even after I clearly said that I was busy and asked them not to come in. Despite that, they still came in and insisted that I go downstairs immediately to make a payment.
We had already been staying at the hotel for three days, and the room had been mostly paid for—only the last night remained. I told them I would take care of it later, but they refused and demanded immediate payment.
Their attitude was incredibly rude and arrogant. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

One of the best hotels we stayed in, and what sets it apart is not just the rooms and ambiance but the exceptional care and friendliness of the staff, and their attitude of ensuring guests are always well taken care. While we had issue with smoke smell (probably from inside duct or outside?) in our room, the staff upgraded our room and ensured we are comfortable and happy. Special thanks to Martin at the reception, and Bilal at concierge for going above and beyond.
The breakfast and food offerings were also of exceptional quality in the hotel.
Everything was great - only smoke smell in our first room which was addressed by them immediately.

Breakfast with a perfect atmosphere with live piano music, great food and drink options. Overall great way to start the day! Location is great, just one block from Old Town and the staff is very helpful and polite.
