Very well presented hotel in a great location within walking distance of all the sights. The room was very spacious and well appointed, with tea and coffee and very comfy beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A very nice stay in an interesting city- Good quality food and drinks (although they were a little expensive) and great selection for breakfast. I particularly like the piano player in the afternoons and sometimes at breakfast.
Nothing really to complain about. The only downside was the restaurant which was a little disappointing owing to the large number of groups that were accommodated there and so moving the residents into the bar/restaurant area. There was only one small selection of the Michelin menu and although the staff were very nice and competent it was not to the standard you would expect of Michelin establishments.

Perfect location to explore Prague. Extremely dog friendly. Super nice and friendly staff, special thanks to Ms. Aneta Voborníková, the front office manager, she made our stay so wonderful. Everyone was so attentive. We will defenetly come back soon.

Fantastic, kind and helpful staff. Perfect location. Clean rooms and all places in the hotel. Great restaurant. I used to get an upgrade to presidental suite that was absolutely unexpected and woooow
Just the spa is very very small, so if you expect endless relaxing there you could be disappointed, it is not simply possible. There are just 4 beds and no other place to sit. Some tourists are just a little silly because they used to go inside to sauna dressed in swim suite and with beer in their hand

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Grand Mark Prague — from the elegantly appointed room and deluxe bathroom to the superb location in New Town. The hotel staff were consistently warm, attentive and seamless in service. Every detail, from the minibar to the dining experience at Le Grill, was spot‑on. Walking to the Old Town and riverfront was easy and added to the convenience. If you are seeking a luxury stay in Prague that combines comfort, elegance and prime location, this hotel is an excellent choice.
