Perfect location to explore Prague. Extremely dog friendly. Super nice and friendly staff, special thanks to Ms. Aneta Voborníková, the front office manager, she made our stay so wonderful. Everyone was so attentive. We will defenetly come back soon.

Fantastic, kind and helpful staff. Perfect location. Clean rooms and all places in the hotel. Great restaurant. I used to get an upgrade to presidental suite that was absolutely unexpected and woooow
Just the spa is very very small, so if you expect endless relaxing there you could be disappointed, it is not simply possible. There are just 4 beds and no other place to sit. Some tourists are just a little silly because they used to go inside to sauna dressed in swim suite and with beer in their hand

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Grand Mark Prague — from the elegantly appointed room and deluxe bathroom to the superb location in New Town. The hotel staff were consistently warm, attentive and seamless in service. Every detail, from the minibar to the dining experience at Le Grill, was spot‑on. Walking to the Old Town and riverfront was easy and added to the convenience. If you are seeking a luxury stay in Prague that combines comfort, elegance and prime location, this hotel is an excellent choice.

The localization of the hotel is excellent for any sightseeing or eating outdoor. All the main attractions are within a walking distance. We selected this hotel also to experience accommodation comfort and we were not disappointed. The apartment was spacious and offered what we needed: a living room with a kitchenette, one bedroom, one bathroom and a separate toilet. There was a variety of food choices for the breakfast that we could have in the winter garden. In terms of the personnel, we would like to call out the service of Hordii and Lucie, who attended us during the breakfast and were always very friendly, attentive and approachable.
It's not like there was anything we didn't like, but things that could be improved: there were no plates in the kitchenette, although according to the receptionist a set of plates should be always there. And maybe parking instructions for the drivers could be improved, especially in the situation when there is no free spot in front of the hotel even for a short parking (because it's occupied already).
