We arrived at the hotel and received the room we had booked.
Although it was the room we had reserved, it was not quite to our liking.
The front desk team, and especially Aneta, upgraded us to a wonderful suite at no additional charge.
During our stay, we received exceptional service, including excellent spa services.
Breakfast was excellent, as was the service in the dining room.
This is our fourth time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely continue to stay here in the future.

Excellent location, beautiful and elegant facility. Our suite was so fully appointed, there were details we didn’t even know we would have wanted! All the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The Grand Mark is the place to stay for location and comfort. The staff always had a smile and always willing to help. We stayed 6 nights and will return

Great location and great bed and conditions and great staff .
But the bathroom had a very annoying smell they could not rid of maybe because of the old system . When you enter the hotel a humid - hot smell meets you so they need to solve the smell issue otherwise a very good hotel. The entrance and lobby need to be more welcoming

The entire staff was exceptional. Everyone from check-in to wait staff to housekeeping strives to ensure guests have a terrific experience. I would stay again. Rooms are large, we enjoyed a suit with a balcony view. Piano player in the courtyard is lovely!
Portions of the hotel are showing age (wear in carpet, etc.) Our room had a combo shower/tub vs. walk in shower. I recommend you ask for a room with a walk in shower.

This a truly 5-Star hotel where guests are really pampered. All the staff are really professional and accommodating. It is obvious that management is overseeing all little details . We enjoyed spending most of our tome in the beautiful garden. Bilal provided very good assistance to us.
Nothing we did not like about the hotel. All is perfect including location fir tourists.
