We went to see the Christmas markets . Location was perfect. The staff were very attentive. The concierge’s, Adam and Bilal, were extremely helpful in advising us on how to get to key locations and organising taxis. The room was very clean, cosy and welcoming . The breakfast was lovely. I would definitely book the Grand Mark again

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the best place to stay in Prague. The lady at the reception who greeted us was very nice and recommended places to visit. Special thanks to Bilal, smiling, kind, any hotel owner would be happy to have a such staff. Our room was more than spacious with a wonderful bathroom, always cleaned and smelling clean and fresh. The location is in a prime spot. The breakfast was incredible.
We will definitely come again.

This hotel has to be the best in Prague , the staff were exelaint , special member of staff was Bilal he was so helpful along with the rest of the staff, breakfast was amazing very nice selection of food. We will be going back to this hotel for sure.

The hotel was exceptional in every way, location, room, services provided, pleasant and caring staff and of course the good breakfast, we have been to many luxury hotels in the world and this hotel was simply wonderful, Bilal at the entrance to the hotel with his captivating smile, and the great service was the icing on the cake, well done

- Breakfast has limited variety and does not change at all (we were there for 3 days); they should change this on a daily basis and also include a couple of additional cooked dishes.
- Linen is a bit staid; needs to be replaced
