I'm enormously thankful to the entire Grand Mark team for their warm and openhanded welcome they met me with right from the start down to the last minute of my check out. .Room was clean and elegantly designed, full of lights and warmth Room services is quick and helpful down to the last tiny detail or need. Plenty of amenities including Spa and Massage Parlour, gym. Classic European breakfast and evening lounge accompanied by live piano music is exceptionally elegant ! Location is nothing else than perfect! You can walk four ways , restaurant, bars literally across the street and all around. Shopping Mall 4-5 min walk. Staying in Grand Mark Hotel has been an absolute delight and I'm looking forward to my next visit Thank you once again!
, If I could add anything, It would be the TV selection of music I think a wider selection of a different taste of music could be a lovely touch or maybe wireless speaker.

Amazing location - you're close to everywhere. We took the suite, the rooms are a bit old so I don't recommend taking the suite, just any other room is fine Bilal and Dan gave us amazing service, overall the service is very nice. Breakfast is amazing

Everything was amazing.. We stayed there for a couple of nights.. The location is absolutely great.. The staff were friendly and helpful (Especially Bilal who helped us during our stay.. Such a professional and polite employee).. Overall I really recommend it if you want your visit to Prague be more comfortable and special ♥️

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the best place to stay in Prague. The lady at the reception who greeted us was very nice and recommended places to visit. Special thanks to Bilal, smiling, kind, any hotel owner would be happy to have a such staff. Our room was more than spacious with a wonderful bathroom, always cleaned and smelling clean and fresh. The location is in a prime spot. The breakfast was incredible. We will definitely come again.
