I'm enormously thankful to the entire Grand Mark team for their warm and openhanded welcome
they met me with right from the start down to the last minute of my check out.
.Room was clean and elegantly designed, full of lights and warmth
Room services is quick and helpful down to the last tiny detail or need.
Plenty of amenities including Spa and Massage Parlour, gym.
Classic European breakfast and evening lounge accompanied by live piano music is exceptionally elegant !
Location is nothing else than perfect! You can walk four ways , restaurant, bars literally across the street and all around. Shopping Mall 4-5 min walk.
Staying in Grand Mark Hotel has been an absolute delight and I'm looking forward to my next visit

, If I could add anything, It would be the TV selection of music
I think a wider selection of a different taste of music could be a lovely touch
or maybe wireless speaker.

The hotel is well located and the building itself is elegant. Cleanliness was good, and the room was well maintained. Breakfast was satisfactory.
We received inconsistent information regarding the New Year’s Eve arrangements. After being told by phone that we could go to the bar, we were refused on arrival and placed in an uncomfortable area near the entrance without further assistance. This lack of coordination significantly affected our experience.

Amazing location - you're close to everywhere.
We took the suite, the rooms are a bit old so I don't recommend taking the suite, just any other room is fine
Bilal and Dan gave us amazing service, overall the service is very nice. Breakfast is amazing

The service was excellent, and Bilal, the bellboy, truly stood out. He was incredibly helpful and genuinely warm. As an entrepreneur, I know how difficult it is to find great people, and I can only say the very best things about Bilal. The Location is great
Children up to the age of 12 are not allowed to use the pool—which is disappointing, especially since it’s not really a pool but a whirlpool. Despite that, children are still not permitted to use it.
The fitness center was also a letdown. It’s extremely small, smaller than the one I have at home, and offers very limited equipment. Unless you’re just planning to run on a treadmill, there’s really nothing useful there.
