The service is just great! Very friendly staff Adam was so nice and helpful the location is also great nothing to complain about. I was upgraded twice!
Well, pictures sometimes are not real so please make sure you get a review of the rooms from different websites. But thats ok usually rooms in Europe are smaller

Came here on honeymoon and they made us feel the most welcome and treated us amazingly with the personal touch of greeting my by my new married name when I came out of the lift.
Beautiful hotel and location, room was amazing!!!!

Extremely welcoming from check-in to check-out. The check-in staff (Olexander), check-out staff (Alexander), all the restaurant staff at breakfast and dinner, and the door bellman (Balel) were professional and friendly. The upgraded room was phenomenal with a great view and was very comfortable. The restaurant provided several options for breakfast with an outstanding and attentive staff. The location is a short walk to the city center and other tourist attractions.

Th room was super spacious and comfortable! The food and room service was really, really good. Location is great and easy to navigate from.
Lifts are a bit cosy but not an issue even though the hotel was full.

The staff were amazing the guys in reception, and the restaurant 10 out of 10. This is a really well run hotel. And they deliver !!! also Baliel at the door was so helpful.
The shower was very poor. The water goes everywhere, but to where you want it to . Buy decent head's for the showers.

Nice and comfortable bed, hotel location just 10 minutes walk from city centre, nice breakfast
No smoking area available. We had to smoke outside at rhe hotel garden but the temperature at this time of the year was low (-6 degrees C) and there was no heating arranged
