Very helpful staff and quick to respond to our needs, excellent location, and a very good breakfast. The hotel has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room (quite spacious). I travelled with a baby and the staff were very kind, providing a baby cot in the room at no extra cost (they have also available baby chairs in the breakfast area). They also offer an airport transfer service, which is reliable and works very well. There is a luggage storage room available. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.

This hotel was great for our honeymoon. We were upgraded and had such an amazing time. The room was fantastic - had the perfect old world elegance feel. Breakfast had so many options and the location was so close to everthing.

Great breakfast.
The hotel is great, but there is a really noisy nightclub next door. It was difficult to rest during our stay because the nightclub's patrons stayed drinking and talking loudly in front of it.

Location is excellent. Room is great. Hotel employees were super nice.
We are in our 70s and we got a tub that is about 2 feet high. This would have been OK if there was a handle where we can hold on while we get in the tub. This is not safe at all.... even for younger people. I had to help my wife get in/out of the tub each time. Spoke with the front desk lady and she said that they will install the handle bar on all the tubs. I hope they do that. It does not cost much but the consequence of an accident may be really painful for the hotel. Especially now that this issue has been brought up. Otherwise, I love the place.

Beautifully maintained old building, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, great location near trams, Charles Bridge, metro, and on a side street, so quiet. Photo shared is of the upper wall and ceiling in our room.

We loved the large bed, the clean room, the breakfast spread, and the space in the room. The AC worked well given how warm the rest of the building was.
The room/bathroom could have used more hooks for towels, jackets, and other things that need hung. The common spaces were too warm.

Good bed and shower, great location, nice touch of bringing the fresh water every day to the room. The breakfast was delicious.
