The staff very helpful and jolly, the cleaning is very good, and the breakfast was excellent!
I was a little disappointed about the room size, in the pictures seemed all bigger. Also underneath the hotel is a club, so at night was pretty hard to go to sleep.

Wonderful
All rooms included a buffet breakfast each day and was the the best we've seen in a long time, particularly the variety of food and was plenty for a vegetarian. Location was was right by the Charles Bridge so right in the thick of it with restaurants and activities.
The shower head over the bath wasn't head height so hard to wash hair but we knew this when booking and everything else was worth it.

The location was perfect. Our room was on the top floor and had big windows that opened out onto the road which we loved. We felt like we had our own apartment. It was very private.

Location, charm, very attentive staff and breakfast all combined to create a great experience
The only negative, and not the fault of the hotel, was noise from the wine bar down stairs until the wee hours of the morning on Saturday night

Absolutely fabulous, great position right next to Charles Bridge , walking distance to 100s of bars a d restaurants, and the breakfast unbelievable!!

Nice and spacious Junior suite room.
Lovely decorations. Good coffee. Good size bathtub with a holder for your champagne or book or phone. Two little rubber ducks were found in the bathroom :)
Elevator takes you to the third floor, where we stayed. A bit unlucky of you are on level 4, you will have to walk up the last flight of stairs. Breakfast was perfect! We even found sparkling wine!! The hotel is in a great location. Charles bridge is just around the corner. The castle is close too. It is a good part of town, not overly crowded like it would be on the other side of the river. We would gladly come back.
We stored our luggage in the hotel for half a day (great!) as we arrived very early in the morning and couldn’t check in.

Amazing hotel. Close to Charles Bridge. Staff is super friendly and breakfast is great. Good value for money! Its in a busy street but did not hear any noise or anything :)
Would be good if the hotel had a proper bar/bigger lounge but thats only something minor.

I loved the location and local charm of this hotel, the thoughtful touches such as lots of books about Prague culture and history for guests to read, excellent breakfast, and above all the staff.

Fantastic location. Good value. Room/suite was really nice and spacious. Good selection at breakfast. The staff were all amazing, really friendly.
Outside noise made it difficult to sleep at times.

the location!!! only 50 meters far from Charles Bridge.
The room was very clean, and you can tell the building is historic, with its coffered ceiling and antique furnishings. I personally love it.
The international breakfast was well-stocked!
I'm Italian: For breakfast there should be real coffee or real cappuccino made like at the bar, not from the "automatic" machine. :-)
