Great breakfast.
The hotel is great, but there is a really noisy nightclub next door. It was difficult to rest during our stay because the nightclub's patrons stayed drinking and talking loudly in front of it.

Location is excellent. Room is great. Hotel employees were super nice.
We are in our 70s and we got a tub that is about 2 feet high. This would have been OK if there was a handle where we can hold on while we get in the tub. This is not safe at all.... even for younger people. I had to help my wife get in/out of the tub each time. Spoke with the front desk lady and she said that they will install the handle bar on all the tubs. I hope they do that. It does not cost much but the consequence of an accident may be really painful for the hotel. Especially now that this issue has been brought up. Otherwise, I love the place.

Beautifully maintained old building, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, great location near trams, Charles Bridge, metro, and on a side street, so quiet. Photo shared is of the upper wall and ceiling in our room.

We loved the large bed, the clean room, the breakfast spread, and the space in the room. The AC worked well given how warm the rest of the building was.
The room/bathroom could have used more hooks for towels, jackets, and other things that need hung. The common spaces were too warm.

Room was good and comfy
i had a bad very bad experience with the reception team. after landing the airline forgot to ship my baggage, so they offered to ship it and deliver it to the hotel. when reaching the hotel i informed the reception that the baggage shall be delivered. the next day i received a confirmation form the airline that the baggage was delivered, so asked the reception and they denied receiving it with an arrogant and inappropriate tonality . After calling the airline twice and going to the airport i was given the receipt stamped by the hotel that the package was delivered and only than the receptionist called the other staff to ask about it and it took them an extra 2 hours to find it. so in total i spent more than 9 hours looking for a bag that was stored by the reception team.

Location is perfect - just across from Charles Bridge in Mana Strada. Staff were super helpful and accommodating, breakfast was terrific, and the staff was very helpful with recommendations. our room was also superb, very classic and comfortable

The location by the Charles Bridge was ideal. My room with its high ceilings and lovely decor exceeded expectations. The bathroom was spacious and modern. There was a large selection of food available and very fresh. The staff at the desk was very helpful and got me a ride to the airport.
The outside signage made the hotel hard to find. I walked passed it twice. There was a little noise from the street. The lobby is rather plain and does not look as nice as the rest of hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful the room was comfortable and spacious breakfast was delicious and has many varieties the location was perfect five minutes walking distance to the nearest station and many attractions are reachable by walking. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location of the hotel in the city centre, just few steps from tram Malostranská too.
Breakfast - good coffee and nice selection.
It was our first stay and we will definitely be back!
