24-hour reception, very good and affordable breakfast + brunch from 7:30, which is very convenient! I was informed, they even had a free pancake night when I was there! The bathrooms are big, comfortable and warm, I stayed in a 10-bed dorm room and there was never a line for them! :) Could also use a fully equipped kitchen in the first floor.

I stood 2 nights at the women dormitory
It was amazing , everything was great with it no complain , the beds were single and the rooms had their own bathroom and kitchen
the staff were also very friendly helpful and awesome
The property had elevator too
I also stood 1 night at The shared rooms , they definitely needed more maintenance specially that the wooden floors made squeaky sound while walking and if one person walked in the middle of the night every body could woke up
The second thing sbout the shared rooms where the poor structure of the bunk beds
They could be much better
No privacy was considered for the beds
And they moved alot
The mixed rooms didnt have hair dryer and you had to leave some cash in czeck as deposit to receive one Hair dryer , which is also not good
In general the shared rooms could be much better compared to the price you pay for them

This is the best hostel for solo travelers. Its budget friendly and situated in a prime location from where you can start your sightseeing on foot.
Each and every staff of this hostel is so humble and their hospitality is mind blowing. Specially receptionist Diego is really friendly and welcoming. Another lady Neha Kabra , she is such warm hearted person. I had some issues regarding payments and they helped me a lot to solve everything and made sure my comfortable stay!!
Highly recommend!!!

The warmth from the staff soon you arrive. A real treat.
The bed is narrow and head to head, which for the size of the room is a bit silly. Should think about maybe moving the bed from the wall and adding a long shelf with the same length as the bed length to visually give a bit of room where to put our tablet or phone or books.
