My experience was bad.
It turns out that I was allocated a room that was full, they gave me the key, gave me the paper to occupy a free bed and in the end, when I was sleeping, at 3 in the morning, they woke me up and made me change. of room.
They woke me up in the middle of the night out of the blue, I thought it was something invasive and disrespectful. They took my things like a homeless person, without even having a room in sight, this change and confusion of rooms took almost an hour and of course I didn't sleep the rest of the night afterwards.
It's regrettable that no one at the hostel admitted the mistake and put me in this position of victim, so I have to express my anger over a simple bad comment that doesn't affect anything. Where is the empathy, what would you do and be with yourself?
Of course, it wasn't anyone's fault, but the hostel should have provided better solutions to benefit me, the guest, who pays for a service.

The breakfast is extremely good ! Its worths the price. The social area is really cozy and nice to sociabilize.
The staff is friendly and polite.
The kitchen smelled a bit roten. Might be lack of ventilation so I didnt feel like to cook there.

The room space is comfortable and good designs for storage and lockers. Also there are toilet and shower inside the dorm room.
The warm dishes in the breakfast taste amazing, but not so good options of bread.
Not so friendly policy for borrowing hair dryer... reception requested 200czk in cash for deposit
not accepting cash in euro or card.
