Exceptional location, central but yet quiet and calm.
Been upgraded to a top floor room with a fabulous panoramic view of the city and citadel, with very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom.
Breakfast was good.
Front desk stuff was extremely professional and helpful at check in/out, specially Mr.Ghalib.
Closet was very tiny, in general and compared to room space.
Gym facility was limited.
Stuff at the restaurant need to be more hospitable.

Room is perfect and very big with all the necessary .
Hair dryer, hand and body location, and all the possible travel kit for the stay.
The position is a little bit far from the real old town but this is also a positive point because you can reach all the attractions with no stress.
Room service available and very good restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
