Centrally located, very clean, good room sizes. Special thanks to Nini in the reception she made the stay easier and was very helpful
Breakfast place was horrible, poor attendance from the breakfast resturant team, they would never want to help, ask or suggest anything! Bad smell in the breakfast place always!

The staff was very helpful and kind , thanks for one of the staff which I forgot his name however he is Egyptian, he has tried his best to change my room to 2nd floor with street view as my first room windows were overlooking towards court yard ( last floor ) and make the room look dull and dead , also the shower water was not going down properly and i should close the tap and wait for it to goes down !! In my other room the room was more specious however the same problem with the bat-tube , the water doesn’t go down properly and you should wait for it to goes down which is not comfortable !!
The normal room is very basic and all towels were so old , not to the standard of 5 star hotel .

Location was fantastic, most things in walking distance. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others for many reasons
When checking in I found the girl on reception not very helpful, I explained I do not use elevators but she kept insisting my room was on the 5th floor and all rooms were full so couldn’t accommodate me, another staff member working on reception kindly told her to give us the 2nd floor, I was so grateful to this lovely Man for his kindness thank you once again
