Everything about the hotel..Staff/Room/Facilities etc..Plus the free upgrade to a junior suite was awesome.

The hotel was very modern and clean. We had the junior suite which they upgraded us to. Absolutely stunning, the bed was very comfy and everything was clean. Loads of space in the junior suite. The staff were very helpful ultra and friendly.
The room had a tobacco smell upon arrival but the smell did go by opening the windows.

Bed and room so comfortable , walkable to everywhere we wanted to see. Busy hotel but very nicely maintained , a lovely warm Sanctuary for us to return to in the evenings .
gluten free bread / section v poor , I asked could GF white bread be procured but no luck Also even though there was tea coffee making in room there was no milk , had to ask twice before some was brought to me
