The location is excellent, within walking distance to many of the city sights. The room was the perfect size, and offered a great kitchenette to store leftovers, and heat them up. The apartment was very clean and well maintained.
I didn't realize I had to go to another location to get a key to the rooms. This was likely an oversight on my part, but as it was our first night in Europe, we were a bit tired, and it caused frustration. However, when we found the hotel to get the keys, we were met with a delightful hostess who was helpful in all aspects (e.g., providing a map of the city, informing us of parking options [theirs was great, although at yet another location]).

The apartment is located in a renovated building with an elevator, so there's no need to use the stairs at all. The apartment itself is very quiet, even though it's situated on a main street. It includes all the essential amenities you would expect when booking an apartment. There is a functioning washing machine and a place to dry clothes—everything works well and is sufficient for a comfortable stay. We stayed with two small children, and it was very convenient, with a large crib suitable for a two-year-old. The apartment also offers daily cleaning service, which is not common for this type of accommodation.
Keep in mind that you need to pick up the key at the main hotel, which is about a 7-minute walk from the apartment. While the cleaning service was a nice addition, it didn’t do a good job with vacuuming—there were quite a few crumbs left behind, which becomes noticeable during a longer stay. Also, there was no broom available to clean it yourself.

Key were easy to collect from the reception desk. Took 5 minutes. The property is a small walk down the street from where you get the keys, so be aware if you have a lot of luggage. The apartment was spacious, quiet, clean, and nice. It had everything needed and was a safe and convenient location.
The corners were a little dusty and dirty.

It was a comfortable flat which was fairly well equipped. The location was great, just ten minutes walk from Old Town Square and right next to a tram stop. Very quiet at night although occasionally I could hear through the walls.
It would have been good to have had instructions about how to operate the various appliances.

Nice apartment in the city center, comfortable bed.
We were staying with two dogs (small corgis), and there was an extra charge of €20 per day for each of them. Usually, such a fee is one-time (for additional cleaning), not charged per day...
Before checking out, we went to walk the dogs and left their food bowls in the room so we could feed them afterward. When we came back, the cleaners had already entered the room at 10:30... even though check-out is by 11:00. The bowls with food had already been thrown in the trash.
When we asked why they did that, they told us they had confused the room number... I’ve never seen anything like this. Check-out is at 11:00 and check-in is after 15:00 — there’s plenty of time for cleaning.
Our mood was ruined for the whole day. I didn’t even see the point in arguing why they decided to come in early and how they didn’t notice the dog bowls with food.

Reception was super nice, friendly staff, convenient, lots of stores nearby, heart of the city. I slept really well in the bed - the sheets and mattress were clean and comfy. I appreciated having a safe as well for my belongings
Smelly carpet and a bit old. It would be much better to remove the carpet and have wooden floors, it felt a bit old and dirty. The bathroom was OK. The refrigerator was malfunctioning or on a really cold setting so it froze my drinks and bananas (turned black).
