Very Clean Room
Air Conditioning Switched off by hotel, rooms were stifling. Hallway motion light was an irritating at night when sleeping.

Very Good
Our room, after we had paid 30 euro, for an upgrade.
Staff were friendly.
Beds comfortable.
Underfloor heating in bathroom.
Size of room .
Bathrobes .
I had requested a quiet room, on 3 different occasions, as we were celebrating my birthday.
The hotel replied, saying that they would do their best.
Their best turned out to be a room, directly opposite the lift and overlooking the quite busy and sometimes noisy street.
To be fair, though.
I was offered an upgrade to a superior room, which overlooked the back and much quieter part of the hotel. It cost me 10 euro, per night , which I didn't mind paying.
There is not much nightlife around the hotel.
Only 1 tea bag, per night, and no UHT, milk, for tea and coffee.

Very Good
- The room was equipped with a TV, which was a nice touch for entertainment during my stay.
- The bathroom was well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable space.
- The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep.
- The hotel is located in a relatively central area of Prague, making it convenient for exploring the city.
- The staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.
- One downside was the breakfast hours, which were from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. This felt a bit too short, especially since many hotels offer breakfast until 10 or 11 AM. It's challenging for guests who prefer to relax and not rush in the morning, particularly when on vacation.
- While the breakfast itself was decent, I felt there could be a bit more variety in the options available to cater to different tastes.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Even had free beer in the reception (probably not something they do all the time). Would definitely stay again.
Nothing. It was great

Beautiful hotel, excellent, friendly and qualified staff, nice people, thank you very much for the hospitality, the room itself is very important, a very quiet place, you can't hear absolutely nothing, and it's comfortable to sleep

Wonderful
Very helpful staff, helped us with every question we had about the city. Excellent breakfast, hot water at all times and room temperature just perfect even when the temperature outside reached -5 degrees.
It's the first time that I see a hotel charging “towels change €5”! Maybe it's just me, but that doesnt sound nice, especially when the rooms’ prices are normal and not low. It's not the amount, it's the mindset behind it.
Also, just a recommendation that the breakfast could start a little bit later than 07:30 or last longer than 09:00, especially during the festive season where most people visit the city for leisure.

Honestly, an exceptional customer service and a wonderful staff. We arrived early to Prague and I had an important work meeting to take, so I decided to take my call at the hotel, and the staff assisted me with no problems and with total ease. The room was a very good size for the price, warm, and facilitated. They had all the amenities needed to assist your stay and keep you comfortable.
The hotel was located strategically close to the center and public transport, a 10 minute walk takes you to the national museum and the state opera as well as the Prague train station.
Out of all, the thing that stood out the most was the staff, each one of them was kind, attentive and remarkably hospitable.
We enjoyed our stay at the royal court hotel, and I recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.

Wonderful
The location, the slanted roof, the window being openable and the comfort of the bed. The receptionists were also lovely and gave us a free shot of Czech liquor on check-in, and also printed a train ticket for us.
On the last night, there were very noisy people above us after 11pm. Not the fault of the staff, but I felt more could have been done to get the people to be quiet.

Only 15 minute walk from the centre of Prague. Very reasonably priced compared to the rest in the area. Reception staff also very approachable and friendly, and speak excellent English.
The double bed was uncomfortable. 3 nights at the hotel and struggled to sleep on it. The walls are also very thin and can hear noise 2 rooms away. Bathroom was also not the cleanest.

Great location. Basic but for the money it’s a bargain. We paid £170 for 3 nights!
Nothing not to like clean tidy and friendly staff.

Hotel staff were very friendly and kind, especially, Anna. Hotel breakfast was good enough. They serve bread, ham, cheese, fruits, sausage, vegetables, coffee, orange juice, and yogurt. You can eat as much as you can (from 7:30, 18 Euros). If you feel the breakfast is expensive, there was a supermarket called Billa. It took about 5 minutes on foot (but there was a slope), and it was very useful (they sell sandwiches, juice, and some fruits).
The room was small, but well renovated and clean. You can go to the Prague Congress Center on foot. Bed was good, and I could sleep very well. There was a small park under the bridge, and you can run (but slopes).
You need to pay 5 Euros to change towels. I decided to use the same towels for 5 days. It was very disappointed because other things were very good. The TV remote controller did not work well in my room.
