We ate breakfast in the coffee shop on our last morning and it was very good. Great service and beautiful restaurant

Masha and Kamila from the staff were very helpful! They gave us enough information so that we could orient in the city. They also assisted with our parking locations and exchange office and places to visit in one day. Thank you - we will surely come back to your place thanks to your service!

The biggest star is going to the staff which was very helpful and friendly. The apartment itself is nice, it's quite there and you don't hear much outside or other guests. The location is really good, you have a tram nearby which takes you everywhere as well but it's also close everywhere on foot.
Definitely good price to quality ratio!
Overall it was very clean but we found some long hair in random places, not much of an issue, one surface looked like wasn't cleaned at all.

Good Location, very friendly staff.
All in all it is good value for the money for an apartment in the center of Prague.
The equipment in the apartment is not the best, some things would need a bit of refurbishment (e.g. the wardrobes and the bathroom)

Clean and well-located near the city center. Also, it was clean and there was plenty of space in the room.
Check-in:
The check-in process took about 1.5 hours. Unfortunately, the staff showed no sympathy or good manners. This was my worst experience in all of Europe.
Parking:
The listing mentioned parking, but there was none available at the property. They said another location had parking for €20 per day, but this information was not mentioned on the website. It was also farther than expected, and we got stuck in the parking area for about 10 minutes with no one around to help. We had to call the hotel, and they contacted the reception to assist us.
Facilities:
There was a table football, but it was broken.

It was greatly located but no car parking directly outside property but still it was fine as the staff was really helpful.
Was not happy that the duvets did not have covers on them and neither did the pillows for the 2 single beds.

The accommodation was ok and the location was great.
However, we were disappointed that not all important information was listed on Booking. It was not mentioned that parking costs €20 per day, that there is a €50 per person deposit, or that tourist taxes apply. I believe all of this should be clearly stated in the property information so guests can be fully informed before booking.
