The house was very big and clean. Ideal for families. Kitchen well equipped to cook something for dinner. The staff is very nice and helpful to give any information to visit the city. We recommend this location.

The room was lovely. Nice and big. Could have had up to 7 people in there but there were just 2 of us. We slept on the main bedroom then used the foldouts/sofa area as cosy areas for sitting and watching TV. The room was clean, and had light cleaning offered every day as well as a deeper clean every 3 days. The staff were really friendly and attentive. They helped us organise a taxi transfer to and from the airport. There was a lovely little cafe next door called the Coffee Factory where we had breakfast each day. The location was good, about 20-25 mins walk from the old town. We used Ubers to try around when we wanted to move more quickly and these were relatively cheap to get places such as the old town, castle and zoo. Would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Prague.

The location is very near to most of attractions,room is very spacious,breakfast that is included in the price are amazing.Helpful staff. Allowed us to store our bags even we arrived early on check in time.
Has a good source of hot water for shower.The beds are comfortable.Safe area.

Excellent location with lots of public transport around, the apartment was large enough for two of us, comfortable bed, quiet aspect to the garden. Some of the staff at the reception were very nice and accomodating.
We arrived to the reception early and we were told the check in is exactly at 2pm, without any attempt to let us in any earlier. When we asked for a toilet, we were sent to the coffee shop next door! Then we asked if we can check out an hour later as our flight was quite late. The girl said she would ask her manager and let us know, but we never heard back. luckily, on the day of our departure, there was a guy who said we can check out one hour late, no problem.
It would be nice to have tea, coffee and milk for the first day at least. Again, the girl at the reception tried to convince me that it was quite normal for hotels in Prague not to have any. There are no kitchen cloths, paper towel nor a rack to drain the dishes after washing them. The shampoo in the shower is like water, bring your own. The toilet wasnt very clean. The chairs in the apartment are horrible, should be replaced.

Easy to find, by the main street, the entry through the Tourist Information, nice receptionist. Spacy room with 2 big beds, bathroom and kitchen space with kettle and cups, however no tea nor coffee. Clean & comfortable. Metro was very close, breakfast was not available in the hotel, but in the same building there was Coffee Factory where they served delicious breakfast, however quite expensive, but worth it!
Attempts by receptionist to scan my ID document (I didnt agree and it was fine but had to complete a paper form writing all the personal details, I havent encountered this in other hotels); parking space costed 20 euros for 1 night, but was just a pavement space by the very busy street.

This hotel is situated in a very convenient place in Prague with metro C and a lots of buses and trams connected. So you can go anywhere very easily. The reception is also served as the tourist information center and the staff there are super friendly and helpful. They worked all day and if you come back late, you may enter with a pin code to keep safety. The room is well equipped with kettle and all necessities for your cooking. The coffee Factory nearby is a plus for good breakfast with 10% off for the guest staying here. I highly recommend you stay in Royal court hotel if you come to Prague!
The floor of the room looked worn but it doesn't hurt the stay.

We got bigger apartment than expected so that kids had a separate room.
Everything was very clean, beds comfortable + small kitchen. That was Thank you Aruna for your time and help. We will come back to see more
