Close to train/trams. Nice breakfast place next door. Lovely bathroom.
It was difficult to get this attic room cool since we had to close the windows (no view windows) to drown out the loud street noises. The small fan helped. Floors were dirty. No elevator to top floor!

Nice location, the property number 46 has plenty of space even for 4 person, it was clean enough, bathroom is large and useful. Close to the tram stop.
The mattress on the double bed was very uncomfortable. Also the bathtub curtain was very cheap. You should replace the mattress and install a proper bathtub screen.

Specious, great location, comfortable and clean.
WiFi wasn't strong throughout the day, and didn't work well at the bedroom area - However it worked well at the dining room table.

The location is excellent, close to the metro and tram stations. The room is spacious and clean.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, however it would be great if some additional cooking supplies such as cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided.
The Wi-Fi signal in the living room was unstable, possibly because it is far from the Wi-Fi source.

Hotel is located in very good central location. You can get to the city center in 10 min and old town in 20 min walk. Small grocery shop is around the corner. Easy access with self check in option. My room was big enough with kithchen and bath tub.
Hotel is located at the very busy street, so bring some earplugs with you to have better sleep at night. This is something just to consider if you are sensitive to noises. Otherwise no other complains.

Spacious. Great location.
One of the sofa beds was made up as a bed for our daughter. The other just had a throw over it which moved when used. Unfortunately, the mattress underneath was not very clean.
The shower head was ok but didn’t stay on the wall so we had to hold it. Not ideal.

We ate breakfast in the coffee shop on our last morning and it was very good. Great service and beautiful restaurant

Masha and Kamila from the staff were very helpful! They gave us enough information so that we could orient in the city. They also assisted with our parking locations and exchange office and places to visit in one day. Thank you - we will surely come back to your place thanks to your service!

The biggest star is going to the staff which was very helpful and friendly. The apartment itself is nice, it's quite there and you don't hear much outside or other guests. The location is really good, you have a tram nearby which takes you everywhere as well but it's also close everywhere on foot.
Definitely good price to quality ratio!
Overall it was very clean but we found some long hair in random places, not much of an issue, one surface looked like wasn't cleaned at all.

Good Location, very friendly staff.
All in all it is good value for the money for an apartment in the center of Prague.
The equipment in the apartment is not the best, some things would need a bit of refurbishment (e.g. the wardrobes and the bathroom)

Clean and well-located near the city center. Also, it was clean and there was plenty of space in the room.
Check-in:
The check-in process took about 1.5 hours. Unfortunately, the staff showed no sympathy or good manners. This was my worst experience in all of Europe.
Parking:
The listing mentioned parking, but there was none available at the property. They said another location had parking for €20 per day, but this information was not mentioned on the website. It was also farther than expected, and we got stuck in the parking area for about 10 minutes with no one around to help. We had to call the hotel, and they contacted the reception to assist us.
Facilities:
There was a table football, but it was broken.
