River View Residence is a short walk from the west bank of the Vltava River. All apartments offer views of the river and the Dancing Building and have free Wi-Fi access and luggage storage. The large apartments with high ceilings feature a blend of classic and modern décor. They include a full kitchen and spacious sitting area. The private bathroom has a bathtub or shower and comes with a hairdryer. Private parking facilities are less than half a mile from River View Residence and require reservation. Public transportation close to the apartments includes the Jiráskovo Náměstí Tram Stop 55 yards away and the Karlovo Náměstí Metro Station a quarter mile away. The must-see Charles Bridge and National Theatre are a 10 minute walk along the river from River view Residence. Very good location
Mold in the bathroom. Cobwebs, cracked ceilings, broken furniture. Broken tile. The bathroom in the apartment for seven people is not closed.

Perfect location, nice beautiful rooms with big windows and city view. Old house with high ceiling (in some rooms). Many beds to accommodate big family or a group.
Apartment was not clean, and was not cleaned properly in a while which was a let down. Plumbing did not work properly so we struggled to take showers and even use toilet, because it won't drain. Windows with city view were dirty, so were kitchen cabinets and towel dryer. For such a big apartment, it lacked lots of simple things that would have made our stay more comfortable, such as a kitchen cloth or additional tea towel. There is a washing machine, but no drying rack, etc. All electric appliances look worn out.

Location was very good, in the heart of Prague city, Very conveniently located and close to shops that are open long hours so you can get something late at night. The apartment is also very close to alot of the main attractions that you want to do in Prague like Charles Bridge etc...
PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED!!! Even though the apartment is advertised as having FREE parking included, this is NOT the case. The apartment is also in need of some upkeeping. For example the Iron and Ironing board are very old and of poor quality. Using the iron actually ruined one of my shirts

Big, nice for children and dog
It was incredibly loud! You have to have ear plugs when you sleep. You could hear everything from the hallway and loud traffic if course (which is normal in a city).

I liked the location and spacious rooms with more beds
The reservation office was quite far away. It took me half an hour of a run to get the keys with my kids waiting at the apartment door. The cleaning staff started to knock the door at 10 am for check-out while the timing was supposed to be 11 am
