Nice and clean, excellent Staff specially Miss.Lenka and Mr.Daneil were so polite and helpful people, almost new apartment with all the facilities.
1:the location its little far from the town both new and old citys,almost walk around half in hour to reach.
2: although iam not very comfortable with bathroom bathtub because iam big guy and I prefer open shower area better then old style bathtub
3. Poor wifi connection, if you are in Hall are specifically on the Sofa you will get connection, but forget if youre in the Room on your bed.
4. Hall TV is little Small according to the hall size.

Central location with easy access to public transport. Huge apartment with all necessary facilities for family vacation, even cooking if you are keen during holidays : ) Staff was very helpful in check in and guiding us as our family arrived after reception normal working hours. Upon our request to use aircon, the staff initiated internal process timely so we could rest peacefully the remaining nights in Praha.
First night we had to sleep with open windows as aircon was not on by property owner that should have been better indicated in advance to the client.

Very comfortable flat, squeaky clean, in a quiet street right behind the Narodn Divadlo. Pubs, restaurants, minimarkets and cafs within 200m of the place. 10 mins walk to most everywhere :)

communication with host was perfect, thank you Lenka! We arrived before ckeckin time , and since the appartment was not occupied could move in early.
Excelent location, short walk to all interesting places and public transport(if really needed).
The apparment is very large with comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs, the kitchen fully equipped, not just only basic stuff. Everything spotlessly clean. The bedroom also large with comfy bed. The bathroom has strong hot and cold water, many fresh and soft towels are provided.Much better than most hotels.

Very good location close to most tourist attractions, with grocery store and restaurants nearby. Very clean and very good furniture and appliances. Apartment has its own water heater so you'll have hot water instantly. Friendly host!

We've had an excelent stay at this location. Residence Ostrovn is located in a position where many points of interest are within minute distance. The studio that we've booked was equiped with all basic ustensils for cook, wash, dry and iron laundry. We chose a location with a kitchen and we prepared food from time to time. A market(Tesco) is at 6 minute walk. The lady who is in charge with guests is extremly nice and warm person. She advised us about different places we can visit and kindly answered all our questions and our little requests. If we come back in Prague someday, is very probably that we would choose this accommodation again.

Absolutely amazing!! The location is unbeatable - only a few mins by foot from Charles bridge. The owner was very nice and helpful, we arrived bit before check in and agreed to stay bit later than official checkout without any issue (when we arrived he opened the door greeting us by name - i could get used to such welcome ritual when arriving to the hotels/apartments). The room was clean, spacious, tall ceilings so it felt airy, the equipment of the room and bathroom was great, too. On the top of that, any store was within 5 mins by foot as there was a mall nearby. When going to Prague I`m never staying anywhere else and I`m recommending this apartment complex to all my friends - the price-quality ratio is simply optimal. Thank you, you helped to make our stay flawless.
