I needed to be at IKEM for two days for a meeting and this hotel is very close.
Further away from the city though and limited restaurants etc. (I didn't need it).

I arrived quite late and parked at a free spot I found. I asked at the reception if that's ok and I was told no problem and reported my license plate. I really appreciated free parking even when I didn't book before. The worst part came when I wanted to leave next morning there was another car blocking me. Employees of the hotel were already waiting for me and said I'm not supposed to park there and got scolded quite a lot. I felt really bad because in my view I did nothing wrong since I asked during checkin. Even if there was a mistake and I was not supposed to park there, this is not a way to treat a customer, let alone guest. This frustration of mine was only deepened because there were two buses of people waiting for breakfast and I couldn't afford to wait that long, so I was also hungry, which was just a bad luck and not direct fault of the hotel. The experience I had with parking though is good enough reason for me to never return here.

Location close to IKEM hospital, cleanliness.
Breakfast serving: not enough space, there was a queue of 50+ people waiting for breakfast on second day, I had to skip.

The room is very clean, friendly staff, big garage for cars and good breakfast.
Little far from the center and for hotel four stars I think must all rooms have a air conditioner.

Easily reachable from the highway, with own parking. Spacious room, very clean and a nice view, very comfy beds, I slept really well. Quiet residential neighbourhood and a hospital just across the street. Very good breakfast and a great looking dining area. I would stay at the same hotel any other time, can recommend.
When we arrived after midnight after 700km drive, the first thing the reception guy told us was that we parked on the wrong spot. That could have been more forthcoming and said in a nicer way. The other staff were much nicer.
