Disappointing
The beds are comfortable.
Many tourist buses arrive at the hotel, it is very difficult to pass when leaving, there are many people because there is no space in the waiting area. Poor breakfast is prepared, little choice. When many tourists breakfast does not allow eating outside. No reason given. There are two elevators, but they are too few to handle the number of tourists and the wait is long. Everywhere in the hotel is very hot, there are no air conditioners anywhere in a 4-star hotel. One breeze in the room. I would never rate this hotel 4 stars. It is close to the center, but you need to travel with transfers. They tell you to pay the money immediately for the entire stay so that you don't have to listen to what the guests don't like.

Parking behind hotel, big rooms, good breakfast.
Bit out dated interiors, staff could be more friendly, to get to city centre you need to take bus and change for underground but ticket is cheap.

dirty walls, loud fridge, loud ventilation, no air-condition, poor breakfast (almost no vegetables and fruits, poor offer of pastramis and eggs), very crowded surrounding, incompetent staff at the reception. bathroom in a state of the 80s - 90s - really shabby. The room too shabby as well.

No air-conditioning, broken fans, broken chair, cracks in the bathrooms, average breakfast, all the plug points were occupied and none for the mobile charging/no extension chords, far from city centre.

The staff was unhelpful. While having breakfast, we wanted to sit a table which is far from the kitchen. But the staff warned us in a rude way that we cant combine the tables. We wanted them to turn on air conditioner in the breakfast room, but they said they cant because it isnt working. So we wanted them to open the window. They again said no. The breakfast room was airless, smelling bad and hot. But in any case they were rudely saying no.

We were second time in the Hotel and next time we choose it again. We're totally satisfied with everything. Nice place with parking possibilies, 0-24 receptions and helpfulness from staff. Thanks for all
The hotel was in full, that's why sometimes had to wait for the others 'till they finish their's breakfast. It's not problem, it's understandable around the new year. Next time maybe the hotel can open the separated are with curtain, in this case the breakfast area should be bigger.
