Great size and pull out couch bed was VERY comfortable
Elevator on mid floor made it difficult to get luggage. Would definitely not recommend for anyone with mobility problems.

We kind of got saved from a bad Airbnb experience... BIG THANK YOU TO THE STAFF! They were so accommodating and allowed us early check in. We were so glad that this apartment was open for us to book! It was such a good location, was clean, and had many of the amenities that we needed! Parking was perfect, but definitely let them know ahead of time that you need a spot. We were very lucky that they had one available for us.
I wouldn't say that anything we "didn't like" was something bad - just something that could have been added convenience. Having a laundry where we could do our own or know prices ahead of time. Parking is to be paid in cash as well (they allowed us to pay in USD which was so helpful).

Nice location only 5 minutes walk from the museum that leads to busy downtown. The area has plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants and is very clean. Spacious apartment with everything you need. The staff is very friendly and goes out if their way to assist. They facilitated transportation to and from the apt to the airport.
The apartment we stayed in was the 2bdr is in the roof so even though there is a big window, there isn’t much for a view. Also the main bedroom is on a second floor with do door to the toilet and there is a bathtub overlooking the living room with no shield so the water if used would get splashed and there is no privacy. On the second day the staff very nicely provided a complimentary fruit basket, with half an orange, half a pier, and half a kiwi and a hole mandarin and apple, sorry but this is very strange to provide half cut small fruit.

No Air Conditioner and the temperature inside room was 30 on evening , on booking.com 4 stars but it is 3 stars , elevator very small and need to stairs one level up or down .

Michael and his staff were so attentive to all of our questions and inquiries. We had a microwave problem one day and the next day it was replaced. One day we told him that somebody was sick in our party and they sent fresh fruit to our room. On checkout day they even sent us some wafer cookies just because! The room itself was spacious and well appointed with everything you could need for a kitchenette and a week stay. Thanks again crew for making our stay so remarkable.

The apartment was very clean and it was in a good location. The staff left a plate of cookies for us when we arrived and dropped off a fruit plate, which was very nice.
The parking in the back was quite tight and we had to park up against the building. No breakfast provided, but the recommendations by the staff were good.

They were very friendly and welcoming. The place was really clean and nice, the location was great (very close to many nice restaurants and city center). It was one of our best experience staying in a hotel!
None, which is uncommon for us. Usually we found some bad things about the place where we stay, but we really enjoy every aspect of this hotel!

Everyone from the owner to the staff really went out of their way to deliver. The apartment was clean, regularly serviced, and very thoughtful extras were thrown in like stuffed toys for my youngest, fruit, and a bottle of wine. Stepan at the front desk was superb with providing detailed guidance, and the owner, Michal, made sure my kids got access to Netflix. Very welcoming and warm. Loved that they have an office/reception. Very centrally located and highly recommended. I'll definitely be coming back!
There's a personal touch and warmth about the hosts that exhibit true character and sincere care for customers. Every little concern was addressed and it showed that they take pain to go the extra mile ... a very pleasant experience indeed!
