Highly recommended to stay in Residence Vocelova. Clean and comfortable apartment, has everything you would need during your stay. the staff was so friendly, they informed about getting around the city, also everyday they left us gift in the room after housekeeping. The location was the best, walking distance from centre.

We had a room opposite the reception. It was very spacious and comfy for all 4 of us (2 kids) and our dog. The room had a small kitchen. The location was perfect and with off-street parking.
The kitchen was very small, it would be hard to cook something but we didn't need to. There was no shelf in the bathroom.

The house is well located having both metro connection as well as few trams lines going directly to any sight you would typically want to visit as a tourist. There is also groceries, 24/7, restaurants, breakfast and snack places in the direct surroundings. It used to be a historic house with flats, renovated and turned into an apart-hotel. The apartment was perfectly clean, spatious enough for the whole family, and has everything you would need during your stay (coffee machine, even washing machine and iron.) It was also quiet, despite of being in a lively part of the city. The owner welcomed us personally and explained all we need to know both about the apartment and about getting around the city.

Great location near the metro station Pavlova, very active district. The owner and housekeepers were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Elevator is available. Overall our stay was very nice.
Michal is the nicest guy and I want to put 10 just because of the hospitality that we've received here, but I have to be objective with the review and we've struggled a lot with wifi connection, which was mostly not available. Also, the shower pressure was very low, which is a very big problem, especially when you are with a big group. I hope those issues will be fixed when we visit this place again.

I would highly recommend staying at Residence Vocelova. The location is ideal and 5 minutes walking distance from Wenceslas Square and 10 more to the Old Town. It is around the corner from IP Pavlova Metro station and tram stops, making it very easy to use the efficient public transport system. We were greeted by Michal who was extremely helpful and friendly in providing advice and information. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The daily cleaning service was a bonus. The location is slightly out of the most touristy areas, while still being very accessible, which was ideal. The restaurants within a couple of blocks are excellent and significantly better value for money than Old Town.

Clean and comfortable apartment at walking distance from the centre! The staff was super friendly and helpful, they also left us a little treat every day after housekeeping. The beds are super comfy. Would highly recommend staying here!
