Location, room size, big bathroom with bath, nice restaurant, fantastic breakfast.
Nothing, yes there was no lift but that did not bother us, the staff helped with luggage.

The location is fantastic, 2 minute walk to the Charles bridge and only a few minutes from the heart of activity in the old town area.
There was a lot of noise from people passing by on the street but this would be the same for all the central hotels..

Nice, clean and very easy check in and out services. Location is pretty much perfect. Walk one way and you get directly to Charles Bridge and walk the other its a short walk to the town square. Also taxis can get to the rear of the property meaning if you want to go further afield or to/from the airport it’s easy.
The lack of a lift isn’t great, for someone with mobility issues or a medical breathing issue the stairs are hard work. It’s not something that can be easily rectified but it is a factor that may cause me not to book this hotel again. That being said the staff accommodated the older guests in our party with a lower floored room however I’m sure these are limited so not everyone would be able to do this.
