Wonderful
The location, the staff, the breakfast and the rooms were exceptional!
We had a wonderful time and enjoyed!
Even though we’re in the center the rooms are quite and lovely
Important to know there no air conditioner only Dyson-air
We didn’t have hot water in the shower due to some problems but they were fixed in the morning after contacting the front desk

Great location, the staff was wonderful and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is beautiful as is the restaurant, and the beds are very comfortable. Our room had a complimentary lovely fruit plate, bottled water, and champagne which was a very nice surprise.
Our original room was on the 4th floor and there wasn’t an elevator. I had an ankle injury and was in a walking boot so the staff was kind enough to move us to a first floor room, as the long flights of steps were very difficult for me. Unfortunately, the new room was atop the restaurant which played very loud dance music with a heavy beat that was felt and heard in our room.
The hair dryer in our original room didn’t work and the hotel didn’t have a replacement or a fix. The holder of the handheld shower head in our second room was broken which we discovered when turning the shower on and having cold water spray everywhere. The hair dryer only worked on the low setting and would overheat immediately if turned to high.

Loved the central location, it was close to everything! Very beautiful property with spacious rooms that comfortably fit 3 people.
breakfast was late to open and zero room cleaning our entire stay. Also veryyyy loud!!! This place has so much potential, i recommend providing guests with proper room cleaning, ear plugs and on-time breakfast options.

The location was excellent. We were literally just around the corner from the Charles Bridge and a bit further from the town square. I was concerned that it might be noisy at night, but I am happy to report it was quiet each evening!
No complaints! Just a warning that it was a walk up to the 4th floor. This did not affect us, but not everyone would be able to do the climb after a long day of walking the streets of Prague.

Great location, walking distance to most of activities
Breastfast should be open earlier than 7:30am. We have tour at 7:15am, we couldn’t get breakfast done even we told waitress that we have to leave by 7:15am. Then , next day we have to leave by 7am to airport , of course we missed breakfast again . Basically, we paid the rooms with breakfast , but didn’t have it at all.

Ideally located close to the Charles Bridge, the Little King is a little gem. Very spacious room with excellent finishes and furnishings. The staff deserves special praise: From the exceptional gentleman at the front desk, to the man who took up our bags; the wait staff in the restaurant at breakfast; everyone was a delight to work with. True hospitality professionals. And from eggs-to-order to a broad range of fruits, cereals, meats, and pastries, the breakfast was a great deal.
The only let down was air conditioning. Set to 18C, we never got the room below 23. All the fans were taken. Fortunately, the nights were cool, the streets quiet, and the windows opened.

The location is great. It is 200m from Karlov Most and close to everywhere . The rooms are very clean and towels, bed linen are of high quality. The stuff is very friendly. We want to say thank you to Andri, Yaroslavl and Mohammed. We stayed on 4th floor and if you have problems with stairs, it can uncomfortable, for us it was not a problem.

the staff was so nice! upon our arrival there was an army of staff to take us up to our room with our large luggages. It was many floors up without an elevator/lift, but at least we had help with the luggage! the room was gorgeous too.
the location is right in old town and a very close walk to the Charles Bridge and also some tram lines.
i believe breakfast was included, but we told them we had to leave the hotel at 5am for our flight the next day. THEY HAD SOMEONE COME UP AT 4:45A TO HELP US TAKE DOWN OUR LUGGAGE. AND THEY MADE BREAKFAST BOXES FOR US! it was a genuine feast that lasted 2 meals and beyond. they gave each of us a sandwich, a little bottle of water, a little bottle of juice, an apple, an orange, a banana, and a box of pastries (a croissant, 3 nutella doughnut holes, 2 pieces of cherry pie pastry).
the worst thing was that the shower drain wasn't working too, well, so the bathroom would basically flood whenever we took showers. we had to keep them efficient and stuff towels in strategic places to avoid flooding the whole bathroom or the actual room!
also, it was a bit hot (though we were in a heat wave). there is a wall mounted AC unit, took a while to cool down the room. i think it restricted how cold we could make it, or i just don't know how to use it well. it finally got cooler in the middle of the night.

This hotel exceeded every expectation we had. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to Charles Bridge and right in the heart of Old Town. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, and there were so many wonderful restaurants just steps away.
Our room was very comfortable, and everything throughout the hotel was spotless. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options each morning.
What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the incredible staff. They genuinely care about their guests and consistently go above and beyond to make your stay special.
A special thank you to Mohamed at the front desk, who took such great care of our luggage and was always ready to help with anything we needed. He greeted us every day with a warm smile, and his customer service was exceptional.
We also want to thank the amazing breakfast team—Adnan, Kate, Hana, Vitali, Vika, and Yana. They made every breakfast feel welcoming and personal. Yana makes the most delicious homemade omelets, and Adnan even took the time to help me find local coins, which was so thoughtful.
We have traveled extensively over the years, and without question, this is one of the best hotel staffs we have ever encountered. They made our stay in Prague even more memorable, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.
The hotel does not have an elevator but those at reception help you bring your luggage to the room. Some rooms have air conditioning and others don't so be sure to make a request if you need air conditioning. Some rooms face the street and have more noise since it is an active area. Request rooms on the quiet side if you are a light sleeper.

Location is perfect....50 meters from Charle's Bridge and walking distance to all the attractions of the city.
What makes this hotel so special too is the staff. They were all nice, from the receptionists to the staff at the restaurant.
