Very Good
The Junior Suite was amazing and we found ourselves enjoying the room way more than we usually do when travelling. The is a great shower,full size tub, two bathrooms, dining table, living room, two smart TVs, double sink in the primary bath with ample counter space, wood floors instead of dirty carpet, very secure entry door to the room, housekeeping was very tidy, blackout shades on all windows meant we had privacy and could sleep in, sofa bed in living room, wonderful Locitaine amenities.... we loved it!
Stairs up and down were a chore but it is a historic building.

Staff were friendly and the food was very good. Brilliant central location. The breakfast was particularly good with a wide variety of cooked and continental foods and fruit.
The air conditioner broke down and following several requests it remained unrepaired . The weather was extremely hot and it was difficult sleeping. When arrriving by train we didn’t come in at the main station. We were unaware of this and so was the hotel management resulting in difficulty obtaining a taxi to the hotel.

The room was on the third floor very hot and the room did not have aircondition. Just a fan that wasn’t helpful at all . Just to inform that there is not an elevator in the building , we were aware of it and it was not an issue for us

The room was large with a comfortable bed and good shower. There was also a coffee machine in the room and free water. There was a good choice at Breakfast including a cooked option. Staff were very helpful helping us with luggage and getting a taxi

Location and friendly staff
Disappointed there is no elevator and have to drag luggage up 3 floors, but we knew this at time of booking. They were able to hold our luggage since we arrived early and they help bring it up when our room was ready. Great staff!

Great location right in the city centre. The Charles bridge, the jewish quarters, the old town square were just walking distance away. Beyond that, the breakfast was excellent. We loved the size of the room (we are three), and there was more than adequate room for everyone. We requested an extra fan and it was delivered promptly. The reception was helpful in all regards (specially Vlad).

Location was great, we luckily had a room on the quiet side! Danny, one of the barmen, was brilliant, friendly and helpful.
Restaurant staff weren’t particularly friendly and no one explained where the breakfast buffet was, we thought it was just the small table in main seating area but found a whole array of breakfast items in another room!

Good location in the middle of Old Town, excellent breakfast buffet, very friendly staff. Our two-bedroom family suite was very spacious.
There was absolutely no sound proofing in the downstairs bedroom, so we had lots of noise from the hotel restaurant and courtyard from approximately 0700 to 2300 every day. New windows and a new entrance door would have gone a long way to fix this.
