The place is amazing . Staff very helpfull. We had an early check out and they provided breakfast to go which was over and above

Well clean, well-prepared, highly comfortable room conditions abd polite/supportive hotel staff
The only thing I haven’t liked during our stay was to have the high level of air condition noise on the wall of the hotel.

Excellent breakfast with nice wait staff. Courteous and helpful staff. They helped carry our suitcases up to the room.
Everything was good, except size of bathroom which was small especially for a family. But it’s an old building that has been modernised. So space constraints are understandable

Super comfy bed in an excellent location for exploring Prague. Staff were excellent and breakfast had a wonderful range.
We stayed on the top floor and the stairs were not for the faint hearted. Suggest asking for a lower floor if you need. It didn't bother us so not a negative thing. We had a wonderful view.

Nice hotel very close to the center of the old town of Prague. Cozy and very clean rooms!The staff were extremely helpful and kind! Nikol with her positive smile and Robert who always turned on the heater for us in the smoking area
Only that the building has no elevator but this we knew from the beginning and also we got big support on bringing the luggage to our room!

Everything was really nice and very clean. The breakfast was great with many options to choose from.
The only thing that it was an inconvenience was the fact that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator and was not mentioned anywhere to see it beforehand. We had to go up and down 70 stairs which was exhausting.
