Very convenient location near Charles Bridge. Room very comfortable and coffee/tea station provided. Bathroom large with two sinks and large shower. Staff all very helpful even ordering a taxi for us on his own account.
Only downside was on arriving late (9.45) the restaurant would not accommodate us for dinner as closed at 11pm. We went to hotel a few doors down and they happily gave us a table although their service also ended at 11pm.

The location was wonderful and perfect for exploring the city within walking distance! Breakfast was small, but everything we needed and great to start the day. The staff was very helpful, carried our luggage up the stairs and checkout was very fast and easy. About the room, it was very clean and big, same goes for the bathroom.
They don’t have an elevator, so if you had a room on the 3rd floor you had to walk a lot of stairs.

Location, while crew, restaurant rooms all perfect really nice place to spent time.
99.9% perfect all in nice shape. One thing for future will add. TV with options to connect by your phone or smart tv. Sometimes on holidays you want spent more hours inside room get rest so tv with those options will be perfect, as tv was in DE FR and CZ language only.

The location was very good, and the hotel restaurant was a very good place for lunch.
Breakfast was served in the same restaurant, and it was cold there. The entrance doors were opening from both sides, which created a draft. To get to the room, you had to walk through the restaurant, which was very uncomfortable, especially in the evening when the restaurant was full of guests having dinner. This was really very unpleasant. The room was large, but very cold and lacked any coziness. There were two beds, a strange and rather useless shelf, and a TV placed at an angle that made it impossible to watch from the bed. There were no other seating options in the room. In the bathroom, there was no shelf or surface to place any items. In addition, hotel guests were asked to leave the restaurant in the evening if they did not have a reservation. It was difficult even to have a glass of wine, as one waiter said we could sit there, while another came and asked us to leave. Again, as hotel guests paying such a high price for two nights in a 4-star hotel, this was an unpleasant experience. The price paid and the experience received were absolutely not in balance. The other hotel we stayed at was more than 200 euros cheaper, was a 5-star hotel, and provided a very pleasant experience.

Great staff with superb customer service ! Nice touch of coffee machine and cookies in the lobby. Great location. The friendly and always eager to please staff were top notch. Breakfast at their adjacent restaurant was very good with live omelette station and great home made breads and yoghurt concoctions. . Room was nice and large and Queen bed was large and very comfortable. am extremely pleased with my stay. Will recommend the place very highly.
For some weird reason the room got very warm on the second night and I didn’t have the heater on so not sure what was going on and this was a cold night outside. It didn’t bother me too much since I was already high on coffee and chocolates. Also our room was nice spacious and airy and only downside was it was facing the narrow quaint cobblestones street outside and sometimes later in the night you hear some drunk people going back to their hotels, but that wasn’t too much of an inconvenience since it happened only a couple of times and it’s not the hotels fault. Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

Right by Charles bridge set up brilliantly to explore from Breakfast good and plentiful, Restaurant good staff all pleasant and smiling wood definitely go back.
Nothing but please note no lift, amazing man went up the stairs two at a time with our heavy suitcases applause to him.
