The hotel has an excellent location, spacious and clean rooms, and a good breakfast. We also appreciated the early check-in. The staff were friendly.
Unfortunately, the sewage smell from the bathroom was unbearable and spread throughout the entire room. Despite reporting it several times, the issue couldn’t be resolved. We appreciated the 1,000 CZK restaurant voucher and fruit platter offered as an apology, but the smell was extremely unpleasant.The soundproofing was practically nonexistent. Construction next door started very early, waking us up despite being exhausted. Constant noise from the street, neighbouring rooms, and construction made it difficult to sleep, as the windows blocked almost no sound.
We also couldn’t use the iron due to an electrical issue.
Despite its positive aspects, the smell and constant noise ruined our stay, and we would not return.

Absolutely loved it! Perfect location, staff was wonderful, room was very nice! The restaurant was amazing for breakfast and dinner!!! Even made us a bagged breakfast for our early departure!
The rom was a bit too light during the night…needs window coverings on the door windows

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Prague. It is right in the city center by the Charles Bridge and convenient to everything. The only downside to that is that there is some street noise specifically on the weekend nights. We did not mind that because we loved being in the middle of everything. The staff is VERY friendly and efficient. Rooms were VERY clean and really unique. The breakfast was great; offering an excellent assortment and omelets to order. Be warned you do have to take stairs and this could be an issue if you have mobility issues. We loved having the restaurant downstairs for a quick drink or meal when we didn't want to go anywhere. The live music on the weekend in the restaurant was really good! Overall great, unique experience in the beautiful city of Prague!

Great location, staff were friendly, the room was a good size. The restaurant was very enjoyable!
The key was a little difficult to use sometimes. Our room was subject to a lot of street noise. A little disappointed that nothing is offered for special occasions on behalf of the hotel to make it more special, like other hotels do.

The location could not have been better- close walk to everywhere. The room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was super. The thing that separates this hotel from the other 5 hotels that we had stayed at was the Staff- they were super fantastic-very accommodating and helpful and there was not a morning they would not greet us with a smile in several languages that we chose to speak.

Great location. Convenient and friendly staff at the restaurant. The morning breakfast food quality and service was outstanding.
No elevator. For those people that are older or have mobility challenges this is not a recommended hotel. We are senior travelers and had a 4th floor room which meant climbing 5 flights of steep stairs to get to our rooms. Because of this factor, we will not stay at this hotel for future trips.

Words simply cannot do justice to the location of this hotel—you literally step outside the front door and you are right at the foot of the Charles Bridge! Housed in an incredibly stunning historic building, the hotel offers rooms that are exceptionally clean and flawless.Also, the pillow menu was wonderfully diverse—a lifesaver for someone like me who suffers from neck pain.
Whenever we needed extra amenities—whether it was an iron or a printer for documents—whatever we asked for was delivered to our door within literally a minute. The entire team is extraordinarily warm, smiling, and helpful. I would like to send a very special thank you to Yaroslav and Kostia for their incredible hospitality; they truly represent the pinnacle of hotel management.
The small restaurant where breakfast is served offers top-tier quality in every single bite.
We were beyond satisfied with every single detail of our stay. I won't even bother looking for another place next time; if I ever return to Prague, I will definitely stay right here again. Thank you for everything!

Room was ok, we did not spend much time at the hotel. What really irked me is the lack of transparency and being taken advantage of. We asked how to get to the train station and were advised a taxi is only 5 euros so of course we asked hotel to have one ready in the morning at that price. Taxi was ready but he charged us 30 euros for a SHORT ride when we arrived!!! We were very upset as they probably have their own ppl they call- scamming us to use their taxi when they rip you off n the end. Wouldn’t use taxi service they offer.
