The location is great, the double room is just enough for two people, the bed is pretty comfortable. Breakfast is good too and offers a variety of different options.
The rooms miss lighting so even during daytime it's quite dark. Sadly, the showers can use better cleaning maintenance and space for your own products. The hotel has no elevator so walking to the room can be very tricky using old and uneven stairs. The biggest issue is the noise - when you lay in bed and can hear someone peeing in the room next to you - it's very unpleasant. The hotel is aware of the sound issue and provides you with earplugs in the room, but that still isn't enough to protect from noise of showers, talking people, doors opening and closing, and the live show at the hotel restaurant on Saturday evening.

Room was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great location and for a small hotel there was a great breakfast. The heated bathroom floor was lovely
We had a smell in our bathroom but it was dealt with promptly by staff. There was some noise from the street outside which we overlooked but it was St Patrick’s day

Right in the centre. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Room was spotless and cleaned daily. Breakfast was fresh and plenty of choice.

The room was very large and the traditional feel was great. The breakfast was outstanding. The bar and restaurant inside and outside were tremendous. The staff were so friendly. The location next to the Charles Bridge and public transport was amazing.

The location was excellent. The bathroom too. Clean and spacious, Occitane toiletries, thick, soft, white towels, well lit. Room was spacious and clean too. Breakfast was excellent. Very good variety, fresh fruit and omelettes and scrambled eggs cooked on site.
The one thing which we didn't like was that there's no elevator. I knew about it, but didn't realize that the stairs were so high! I asked to be put on the first or second floor, but unfortunately we were on the third and the last 6 or 8 stairs were really tiresome! The slanting roof in the room was a bit dangerous on one side. Otherwise we liked everything.

Booked a deluxe room, but had an attic room. No window, just a skylight. No shelving whatsoever in the bathroom, so nowhere to put your bathroom items, makeup etc. Room description also stated there was a mini bar and Nespresso coffee maker in the room. There was not, just a kettle.
