We loved that the property was in centre of everything, on the edge of the old town, but still very quiet inside the room.
The bed and pillows were super comfortable.
The bathroom that we stayed in was large and very well presented and user friendly.
We were particularly impressed by the daily breakfast, which was both terrific in terms of the food quality and food range. The personalised chef cooked omelettes were terrific and a real highlight.
Shoutout to the team at the hotel front desk who also gave us some terrific food recommendations and information on sites to see in the city.
Nothing, we absolutely loved it! I would happily stay at this hotel and recommend it to others visiting Prague.

Location was fantastic, especially in relation to the Charles Bridge. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety. We had a suite which was very large and well appointed. When we arrived the television wasn’t working and this was promptly fixed and a complimentary bottle of champagne was left as an apology which was a lovely gesture.

I liked the location , the cleanliness and the staff was attentive .Also the breakfast was tasty with an average amount of choices. We loved that the bathroom had l'occitane products and was very spacious (double sinks).
We didn't like the noise during the night from the street ( many bars and pubs nearby) , our room was generally not soundproofed enough (could hear some snoring from the room nextdoor). Also the phone in our room was not working and the tv was old ( signal was off and no smarttv to watch netflix for example). Very important to mention that there was a bad smell from the bathroom drainage system 24/7.

Great location and really good food. We had our breakfast and dinners in the hotel. Great hotel and would definitely book again.
No lifts, a lot of stairs to climb if you are on the higher floors. However with all the good food, the steps helped to work it all off!

A very nice decor and good vibes. Quality towels and amenities. A good variety of choices for breakfast, fruits and mulled vines available at lobby. Central location to old town and Charles Bridge. Tram stop is only 2 min walk away. The staff at the breakfast buffet is super friendly and provides best service.
It’s in a refurbished historical building so you have to walk up stairs. Staff is very helpful to carry our luggages

the Location was perfect! both central and quiet, in a very nice alley.
The breakfast was very good and diverse, exceeded our expectations!!! Thanks for the fresh vegetables!

The rooms in the attic are a bit spooky and the stairs might be too difficult for some people.
