the staff was so nice! upon our arrival there was an army of staff to take us up to our room with our large luggages. It was many floors up without an elevator/lift, but at least we had help with the luggage! the room was gorgeous too. the location is right in old town and a very close walk to the Charles Bridge and also some tram lines. i believe breakfast was included, but we told them we had to leave the hotel at 5am for our flight the next day. THEY HAD SOMEONE COME UP AT 4:45A TO HELP US TAKE DOWN OUR LUGGAGE. AND THEY MADE BREAKFAST BOXES FOR US! it was a genuine feast that lasted 2 meals and beyond. they gave each of us a sandwich, a little bottle of water, a little bottle of juice, an apple, an orange, a banana, and a box of pastries (a croissant, 3 nutella doughnut holes, 2 pieces of cherry pie pastry).
the worst thing was that the shower drain wasn't working too, well, so the bathroom would basically flood whenever we took showers. we had to keep them efficient and stuff towels in strategic places to avoid flooding the whole bathroom or the actual room! also, it was a bit hot (though we were in a heat wave). there is a wall mounted AC unit, took a while to cool down the room. i think it restricted how cold we could make it, or i just don't know how to use it well. it finally got cooler in the middle of the night.

The location is excellent. The staff are customer oriented and want to make your stay enjoyable. Even though our room was above their restaurant and window facing the busy pedestrian way, the room was very quiet and comfortable.

This hotel exceeded every expectation we had. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to Charles Bridge and right in the heart of Old Town. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, and there were so many wonderful restaurants just steps away. Our room was very comfortable, and everything throughout the hotel was spotless. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options each morning. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the incredible staff. They genuinely care about their guests and consistently go above and beyond to make your stay special. A special thank you to Mohamed at the front desk, who took such great care of our luggage and was always ready to help with anything we needed. He greeted us every day with a warm smile, and his customer service was exceptional. We also want to thank the amazing breakfast team—Adnan, Kate, Hana, Vitali, Vika, and Yana. They made every breakfast feel welcoming and personal. Yana makes the most delicious homemade omelets, and Adnan even took the time to help me find local coins, which was so thoughtful. We have traveled extensively over the years, and without question, this is one of the best hotel staffs we have ever encountered. They made our stay in Prague even more memorable, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.
The hotel does not have an elevator but those at reception help you bring your luggage to the room. Some rooms have air conditioning and others don't so be sure to make a request if you need air conditioning. Some rooms face the street and have more noise since it is an active area. Request rooms on the quiet side if you are a light sleeper.

Location is perfect....50 meters from Charle's Bridge and walking distance to all the attractions of the city. What makes this hotel so special too is the staff. They were all nice, from the receptionists to the staff at the restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. They were always courteous, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We were able to leave our luggage before check-in, and as soon as our room was ready, they kindly let us check in early. On the day of our departure, they also stored our luggage for us, which made exploring the city much easier. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary bottle of wine, a thoughtful gesture that was very much appreciated. The breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was superb with a great selection of food. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked at their sister hotel (also in Prague) again for our final night before heading home. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague. Excellent service, fantastic breakfast, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. And one more thing that is very important to me - very, very clean! Sterile clean! - which is very hard to find.

The Junior Suite was amazing and we found ourselves enjoying the room way more than we usually do when travelling. The is a great shower,full size tub, two bathrooms, dining table, living room, two smart TVs, double sink in the primary bath with ample counter space, wood floors instead of dirty carpet, very secure entry door to the room, housekeeping was very tidy, blackout shades on all windows meant we had privacy and could sleep in, sofa bed in living room, wonderful Locitaine amenities.... we loved it!
Stairs up and down were a chore but it is a historic building.

Location and friendly staff
Disappointed there is no elevator and have to drag luggage up 3 floors, but we knew this at time of booking. They were able to hold our luggage since we arrived early and they help bring it up when our room was ready. Great staff!

Excellent location and very clean hotel. The reception staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help and ensure guests’ comfort. The restaurant was also very nice, with delicious breakfast options, excellent food, and amazing waitstaff. Highly recommended. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would gladly stay here again.
