Very Good
Good hotel, very well located. The room was very wide and clean. The breakfast is good.
Im sorry, but this is not a 350 euro/night hotel. No elevator, no hot water in the shower after midnight (they save money, or are "green" on my account), the only window in the room is closed for works - that's all ok, but it is what it is - a nice decent well-located traditional hotel, not Hilton (which has the same nightly rate).

Exceptional
All aspects of this hotel were excellent! I was greatly surprised to come back to my room on the day of my birthday to discover a nice bottle of champagne free of charge. The staff was very helpful. The food at the restaurant was great as well.
A lift would have been nice. But, this is an older hotel and this is not feasible.

We loved that our suite had a separate room for the kids. Clean, updated bathroom. Amazing location with a wonderful breakfast. We also ate at the restaurant once, and it was great.
Only minor complaint is that the air conditioning is just a small stand a/c in the room. We were a bit warm at night.

Everything was just perfect! Definitely, we'll come back!
The hotel doesn't have an elevator, as probably, most of the hotels at the center of Prague. However, the staff was very helpful and pleasant and helped us with the luggage.

Poor
Location
Unfortunately, we were unlucky with this hotel — or rather, with the staff. I have never experienced such an attitude towards guests before.
At check-in, we were given a room “with a view of the wall” — literally, the window was facing a concrete wall just a meter away. In the bathroom, we immediately found glass shards on the floor. I went down to reception and asked for it to be cleaned, since tiny pieces could still be there. As everyone knows, glass scatters far. But nobody ever came, even after several reminders. We had to clean it ourselves.
The next day, I received a message from the hotel via Booking asking me to “come and tell them about the glass.” Honestly, I don’t understand what kind of story they expected me to tell.
Another “nice touch”: the restaurant discount voucher that everyone normally gets at check-in was given to us only on our last evening, after 9 PM.
And one more note to the manager: please explain to your staff that cleaning a room does not mean folding a guest’s pajamas, but at least taking out the trash and vacuuming the floor.
In the end, the hotel itself could have left a decent impression, but the attitude of the staff and the poor service ruined it completely.

We had wonderful couple days at the family suite. Location was perfect, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast in the mornings was excellent and offered good variety to meet the varies dietary needs. We had an early morning flight and would have missed our breakfast in the morning, but they prepared us the breakfast boxes which was unexpected but very nice gesture. We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back
Nothing that we didn't like about the property and staff

It's all about location, location, location, this place was located in a perfect place to access virtually everything. The room was very comfortable the bed even more so. The breakfast was top shelf. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever get back to Prague. The staff was helpful on ideas for food, day trips and completely took care of us on all our needs. We had to leave early in the morning before the restaurant opened they had a bag lunch already for us. Thank you to the whole staff.
The cobble stone streets. But I know it's not their fault.

Wonderful
Perfect location, amazing over the top breakfast with spacious rooms.
While large, the room could have used some more seating. There was a desk and a desk chair, but we would have appreciated somewhere else to sit.

Pleasant
The Location is perfect, right next to Charles bridge which gives you access to everything you need within short walking distance.
The room is spacious and the bathroom is very comfortable and modern
Air conditioning in the room
No noise isolation. I am not a light sleeper but you can hear every car and person in the street. In the weekend there was loud noise until 3am.
Note the stairs to the rooms, we didn’t mind them but they are not for anyone.
Mattress was old and saggy.
The most annoying thing was when I asked for late checkout (I specifically mentioned I am willing to pay for it) while there was vacancy in booking for the same hotel. The receptionist was rude and shouted at me, I felt very much unwelcome

Wonderful
The hotel is located in the heart of Prague, steps away from the Charles Bridge, but at the same time in a quiet street and you can literally walk from there to restaurants, cafes, shops, historical buildings, etc. The overall experience was fantastic. From the reception guys, who by the way were very friendly, to the room itself; it was honestly more than expected, specially since it was our first time in Prague. We loved it and will come back to the same hotel when in Prague.

This stay was superb, don’t think twice and book it! It’s really worth the money. Location is 10/10, Karlovy Lazne (hope I got it right) was the tram stop closest to the hotel and it’s only a 3 min walk from there. You can reach ALL the major landmarks. Charles Bridge is a few minutes walk as well.
The housekeeping was on point, they did my room everyday. I had requested a quiet room and I had zero issues. Loved that there is no carpet on the room - less dust and allergies :)
And as other guests mentioned before, they’re well stocked with L’Occitane products which is a super nice touch. I really loved it here and hope I can go back soon. Please save me my room 202 ?
The breakfast was very varied with all sorts of pastries, bread, charcuterie, fruits, etc.
Andrej helped me with my laundry and arranged for me to have a breakfast box since I had to catch a train early morning. Thank you to the rest of the staff Jakub, Oleh, Yaroslav, Maxim y Vlad.
Keep up the good work!
There is nothing to dislike.

Very Good
The room was very spacious, and my windows looked out over the crowds of people walking to & from the Charles Bridge — good people watching! This hotel is right in the middle of everything, so very walkable. The included breakfast was excellent.
The door to my room was tricky to unlock and open — very old key system. I chalked it up to old world charm. The mattress was old and sagged on both sides.
