Excellent location and very clean hotel. The reception staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help and ensure guests’ comfort.
The restaurant was also very nice, with delicious breakfast options, excellent food, and amazing waitstaff. Highly recommended.
Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

Everything! Staff is fantastic, location super convenient to everything, room was clean, bed comfortable, and nice amenities.
A bit noisy until the restaurant closed at 10pm (our room was interior "courtyard" view) but not really a problem...who is normally in the room that early while on vacation!.
Only reason we didn't give it a 10 was the door to the staircase that is coded for safety kept getting left open by other guests. Never felt unsafe, just think there is a better way (self closing door?) because obviously other people can't be responsible all the time.

We loved being so close to everything! The team there was so nice and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast wasn’t anything fancy, but it was a lovely, satisfying start to the day for the price we paid.

No elevator!!! They give 4th floor. The room was listed 30sqm but in rhe roof was hardly 12 sqm. Shame

Great staff with superb customer service ! Nice touch of coffee machine and cookies in the lobby. Great location. The friendly and always eager to please staff were top notch. Breakfast at their adjacent restaurant was very good with live omelette station and great home made breads and yoghurt concoctions. . Room was nice and large and Queen bed was large and very comfortable. am extremely pleased with my stay. Will recommend the place very highly.
For some weird reason the room got very warm on the second night and I didn’t have the heater on so not sure what was going on and this was a cold night outside. It didn’t bother me too much since I was already high on coffee and chocolates. Also our room was nice spacious and airy and only downside was it was facing the narrow quaint cobblestones street outside and sometimes later in the night you hear some drunk people going back to their hotels, but that wasn’t too much of an inconvenience since it happened only a couple of times and it’s not the hotels fault. Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

The room was very large and the traditional feel was great. The breakfast was outstanding. The bar and restaurant inside and outside were tremendous. The staff were so friendly. The location next to the Charles Bridge and public transport was amazing.

Great location very close to Charles bridge and all the best restaurants and landmarks. Very good breakfast and service offered by the hotel. We will gladly return to this hotel.

Smelling [good] from the kitchen but annoying by the time you are sleeping, from the main stairs because there are no doors.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was superb. Restaurant was okay.
The smell from the bathroom was terrible. I think it came from the shower. I did mention it several times to staff, but nothing was done about it. We had to leave the bathroom window open because of the smell which was inconvenient as it was 3*C outside.
