Wonderful
Excellent breakfast with nice wait staff. Courteous and helpful staff. They helped carry our suitcases up to the room.
Everything was good, except size of bathroom which was small especially for a family. But it’s an old building that has been modernised. So space constraints are understandable

Can't believe I found such a gem in old town Prague. It was the most amazing property. Breakfast made to order plus so many options to choose from! I came back twice to the restaurant since it was so easy to go down stairs to grab a bite. The staff carried my bags up the stairs and the 6 floor was not bad at all compared to the stairs in France or Italy. This will be my go to place for Prague now. Loved the luxurious bathtub! Thank you for the best cozy and warm stay!

Perfect location. Although when you first arrive, the reception is on a very quiet street about a hundred metres from the hustle and bustle, there is a second exit that leads directly to one of the busiest streets and close to the most popular tourist attractions.
I would like to praise the breakfast, which includes a chef who prepares eggs in front of you in a variety of ways.

The location
The staff is very rude and unwelcoming, both at the reception and at the restaurant.
We had dinner on the first night, the plate was almost untouched, we told them the dish was bad and they didn’t even offer the hotel discount in the bill (they didn’t give us the voucher in the first place)
On another occasion on the weekend we were sat quietly in the common area in the lobby and then we were suspiciously asked about our room numbers as if we were intruders and were kicked out of the lobby although we were quietly waiting for food to be delivered because “guests are not allowed in the lobby after midnight and they needed to prepare the lobby”, none of that was stated anywhere it says on the website 24 hour reception and 4 stars hotel allegedly.
The rooms were small and had no storage space, even the closet didn’t have drawers only a few hangers, the bed is extremely uncomfortable and jumpy, you almost need a life guard to pull you out.
The cleaning staff was very loud during the mornings and you could hear everything in the corridors.
They also provide one bottle of water PER STAY which is quite funny
The only good thing about the hotel is probably the location, it’s bearable for maximum two nights if you don’t have health issues because there’s also no elevator

Very cozy!
No elevator but the staff helps you. When having brunch the cleaning lady started to clean under our table and basically swept our shoes instead of asking us to move, probably because she wanted us to leave already, we didnt find that very nice. Other than that the rest of the staff were nice.

The hotel has a perfect location, within short walking distance of everything in the city center. The breakfast was excellent and varied, served in a very pleasant restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly, the room was clean, and the bathroom and shower were spotless, with hot water available at all times and great water pressure. The room also had central heating, which was very comfortable. At the reception there is a water refill station and a kettle with hot mulled wine, and it was a real pleasure to step outside with a warm cup of wine in hand.
There is no elevator, there is no particularly nice view from the room, but this was a very minor detail, mention this only because I have to, as everything else about the stay was perfect.

Everything was perfect. The staff is quite kind and friendly. Location perrrfect, the room is very clean that i felt like home. The rooms are well furnished.
Also the breakfast was amazing.
We were really happy with our stay at this hotel, HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!
