The location is amazing, right in the heart of Prague , right at the foot of the castle, a 7-minute walk to Charles Bridge, and 15-20 minutes to Old Town Square. The tram line is a couple of minutes away which made a car absolutely unnecessary. It's an easy transfer from/ to the airport and easy to reach some spots that are a litte far to walk, like Wenceslas Square.
The place itself is spacious and was more than big enough for our family of four (parents, two teens). The kitchen has essentials, but bring your own coffee pods. There is a cute cafe downstairs for breakfast and coffee. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom is fully functional and comes with towels ans some shampoo and bar soap. The place as a whole feels comfortable and serene, we came back to take quick power naps between exploring the city. It can be very quiet except occasional tourists shouting outside. Would definitely stay there again.

Location was great and clean!
The “ac” is essentially non existent. Only the 2 bedrooms have the units and they are locked on 17. Despite given 1 fan that blew around the hot air we were literally sweating just sitting and it made it very difficult to sleep. While I know there is a heat wave, the unit was uncomfortably too warm. The stay would have been great if the air conditioning actually existed.

The location was great, just a few steps from the square and the cathedral. The hotel doesn't have an elevator so if you get the 4th floor then you will have to walk it everyday. The staff was great and very friendly, they ask to pay in cash and we didn't have any when we arrived so they let us pay later once we have settled in and got to the ATM.

Irina was so nice and everything was very clean and easy to use. The location is really amazing. I cannot say enough about how enamored I was by Mala Strana and the castle above us. Everyday walking outside I felt as if I was in midevil times. What an experience.
We were staying during a massive heat wave and a little fan would’ve been great at night. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Our stay was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The accommodation is in a perfect location, right next to the stairs leading to Prague Castle, and only a few minutes away from the tram stop, which makes it very easy to reach any part of the city. At the same time, Charles Bridge is only about a 10-minute easy walk away.
There are also many great restaurants, cafés, and everything else you might need nearby. For groceries, there is a small Žabka store close to the apartment, which was very convenient.
The accommodation itself is comfortable, very clean and tidy, safe, and in an amazing location.
A special thanks to Irina, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and kind throughout our stay. Since we were traveling with our three-year-old child, the accommodation more than met our expectations, especially in terms of location and all the amenities provided.

if you travel by car, the parking can be an issue. Underground affordable parking about 20 mins walk. (But you can stop at the location for a limited time to unload your stuff)

It is a very clean accommodation in an excellent location. Above all, Silvia’s kindness was a true blessing during my short trip. When I had to cancel all of my plans and unexpectedly extend my stay due to a minor injury during the journey, Silvia’s help allowed me to take the time I needed to recover. It was an ideal place to stay for a long-distance traveler.
On the first day of arrival, the reception may be a little difficult to spot from outside, so the entrance can be confusing. Please refer to the attached photo.

The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Location was our main criteria for booking this Residence and we were correct in our assessment. We were pleasantly surprised and satisfied at how quiet it was and the cafe in the same building was lovely and our go to breakfast.
Staff was attentive and friendly. Definitely would recommend a stay here.

This is a great place to stay! The location is ideal, super close (~15min walk) to old town city centre but far enough away that you’re not in the thick of it and is slower paced. Plenty of great restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries around close to the apartment. I saw a few reviews mention hearing the bar next door, but I really didn’t hear any noise from the streets at night. There’s seems to be general quiet hours for the city starting at 22:00 (I could be wrong) but we weren’t disturbed at night. I also couldn’t hear any other people within the hotel. The apartment has all you need and even a diffuser for my curly friends!
My only minor complaints are the bed is super hard; we slept fine but you sit on it and there is no give at all, it’s a rock. There is also no shower by American standards. It is a freestanding tub with a hand shower. Not the end of the world but the photos don’t show the full bathroom, so you don’t quite know what you’re getting.
