Very Good
Loved the location, away from the crowds on the other side of river, easy to reach other areas and much to do nearby. Staff were most helpful with information of the areas . Apartment was a nice size too!
Mattresses were not good, saggy most uncomfortable. Reported to the staff and they took care of the problem . New mattresses may be on the way.

Very Good
Loft Room is clean and tidy. It's spacious and very comfortable. Staff is friendly and supply enough amenities. Location is excellent.
Carrying the bags to the loft rooms is very difficult and tedious. Washing machine got jammed with the clothes inside but that's one instance, staff helped with it and sorted it out for us.

Wonderful
We loved the location of the property. Located in Lesser Town and right by St. Nicholas Church and below Prague Castle, this seemed to be the quieter side of the river which we appreciated. The area was quaint with many restaurants and local shops. We enjoyed the restaurant that is below the hotel one evening for appetizers and drinks. It was an easy walk to St. Charles Bridge and then on to Old Town. The location always felt safe, even in the evening, and is close to many embassies - the US embassy was outside our window. There is an outside door to the apartments/hotel that is locked in the evening - you have a set of keys for this door, the elevator and your room.
The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The bed was nothing special, but was one of the most comfortable we had during our vacation. We had plenty of room to hang out with the additional couch, desk and kitchen table. The kitchen had the necessities for cooking and dining, but we didn't need to use them. The kitchen had a Nespresso the we used each morning, and then they restocked the pods daily in our room.
We were checking in later in the evening after the front desk closed, so the hotel arranged a private taxi to pick us up from the airport. Veronika was a great driver and helped us get our keys from the lockbox after hours and informed us about the hotel once we got there. I was able to text her for an early morning ride to the train station days later. It was great to have a driver who is also knowledgeable about the hotel.
The room was very basic without many other frills - though we didn't need anything else. The shower was a little hard to manage at first, but did the job.

The apartment was the ideal location for exploring both sides of the Charles Bridge. It was very spacious, and we had an apartment overlooking the street in the back, and it was very quiet. while still having a view. Elegant building with high ceilings and tall windows. Heat worked well and was adjustable. Small kitchen with 2 burners (no oven or microwave) but it worked fine for simple meals.

Lovely location with lots of amenities nearby without having to go right into the centre. Easy check-in process and we really liked the apartment. The female receptionist (whose name I can't recall) was great, incredibly welcoming and helpful.
Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with the other receptionist, Martin. He was rude and made a joke about something we raised (which was a valid concern which it transpired was the fault of the staff at the apartment and not us). He then proceeded to make the joke a second time upon checking out; his attitude felt accusatory and marred an otherwise pleasant stay.
The pillows were very uncomfortable.

Cheap, perfect location
Shabby, but clean and cheap for such a good location. Photos of the view are totally fake, nothing in common with reality though, ignore them. Also, on the not-so-good side, there is a musical school next door, be prepared to wake up from trumpet playing at 8 am. The manager was good to take care of it and move us to the other side. It was at least calm.

Awesome apartment. 3 minutes walk to Charles Bridge and all the food you can want.
One minute to St. Nicholas Church…I watch an Motzart Concert there.., Wow… once in a lifetime experience if you are that lucky.

location excellent, lovely character filled accomodation.
Very clean and comfortable.
Great stay at Three Crowns.
It wasnt a problem for us but being on 4th floor there was the need to carry cases up one flight of stairs.
The beams could have been an issue for some as we did need to duck head at times.
My husband is over 6 ft and had no issues.

Martin at reception and Adam, manager were both very helpful when I wanted to extend my stay. Great location, comfortable beds and great shower. Tram and Starbucks right around the corner. Very close to Charles Bridge and tons of restaurants.

A great place overall. Could not have asked for a better location--right across the street from St. Nicholas and walking distance to EVERYTHING. Very cool and spacious loft apartment with plenty of room to spread out. We really enjoyed our stay.
The Nespresso was inconsistent. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it just brewed hot water. Not a big deal since we could get good coffee nearby, but it would have been nice if it worked every time.

I stayed in the single attic loft- looks just like the pictures! Additional queen size bed in the loft. Cleaning services and complementary replenished Nespresso coffee pods daily! Washer (for clothes) with detergent pod was a very nice surprise.
The location is amazing, the property is quiet and very clean. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect. Two minutes walk to the tram stop and 5 minutes from Charles Bridge. The staff gave us good recommendations for where to eat nearby. The daily housekeeping was great, and our apartment was really spacious. Despite the street being busy we never heard noise inside.

huge roof apartment, well located at the end of the main touristic street, view on the castle (eventhough through tiny window), godo style, old rustic floor and wood beams
felt a bit of a cash-cow, not too personal, small window, bit of a walk from the elevator, only 1 two-seat sofa, there's enough space for a second one so all 3 (or 4) ppl could sit.
