The accommodation is right in the middle of Mala Strana, perfect spot to be in walking distance of everything. And in case you want to go a bit further, you are 2 mins away from a tram station serving multiple routes to take you different places around the city.
The room itself was big and very clean with all the amenities you would need for a perfect stay. Even though it's advertised as a "hotel" you have in your room access to a kitchenette with cooktop, fridge, any utensils you need and a coffee machine which came in handy.
Overall it was great and worth it.
The pillows were terrible, sadly. Very wide but shallow, no consistency to them, you would need to fold them multiple times under your head to get any support. That is the one place I would definitely suggest an improvement.
A few other things which are are less important, like the lack of a microwave or the small TV. These are maybe just small annoyances but the pillows were so bad.

Place is only 20 mins away (by walking) from the center. Bed was very comfortable. The noise insulation is superb (I stayed during St Patrick’s and didn’t hear any of the commotion outside). Staff were lovely. I arrived 3 hours before check in and was able to leave my luggage in a secure place.
No microwave but you do have a stove so not the worst. You can hear sounds from outside the door but there’s a second glass door that helps muffle the noise. There was construction on the floor above me which I wasn’t told about and it woke me up several times but it started only around 9am so not the worst. There’s a washing machine but no dryer. The bath plug in the bathtub didn’t prevent the water from leaking no matter how hard I pushed it, I didn’t contact the staff about it so maybe it could’ve been resolved. Very minor things, still very recommend this place.

Property is pretty spacious and quiet. It is well located and close to all essential services one might need. We really loved the look and feel of the property.
The elevator stopped working during our last day which made it difficult for us to move our luggage down from the top floor to the ground floor

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is perfectly located in the center of Prague, close to everything and within easy reach of all the main attractions. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. The apartment itself was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, and it was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. The accommodations were excellent overall, and we would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.
The only thing we didn’t like was that our stay came to an end and we had to leave!

Loved the location, away from the crowds on the other side of river, easy to reach other areas and much to do nearby. Staff were most helpful with information of the areas . Apartment was a nice size too!
Mattresses were not good, saggy most uncomfortable. Reported to the staff and they took care of the problem . New mattresses may be on the way.

Loft Room is clean and tidy. It's spacious and very comfortable. Staff is friendly and supply enough amenities. Location is excellent.
Carrying the bags to the loft rooms is very difficult and tedious. Washing machine got jammed with the clothes inside but that's one instance, staff helped with it and sorted it out for us.

We loved the location of the property. Located in Lesser Town and right by St. Nicholas Church and below Prague Castle, this seemed to be the quieter side of the river which we appreciated. The area was quaint with many restaurants and local shops. We enjoyed the restaurant that is below the hotel one evening for appetizers and drinks. It was an easy walk to St. Charles Bridge and then on to Old Town. The location always felt safe, even in the evening, and is close to many embassies - the US embassy was outside our window. There is an outside door to the apartments/hotel that is locked in the evening - you have a set of keys for this door, the elevator and your room.
The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The bed was nothing special, but was one of the most comfortable we had during our vacation. We had plenty of room to hang out with the additional couch, desk and kitchen table. The kitchen had the necessities for cooking and dining, but we didn't need to use them. The kitchen had a Nespresso the we used each morning, and then they restocked the pods daily in our room.
We were checking in later in the evening after the front desk closed, so the hotel arranged a private taxi to pick us up from the airport. Veronika was a great driver and helped us get our keys from the lockbox after hours and informed us about the hotel once we got there. I was able to text her for an early morning ride to the train station days later. It was great to have a driver who is also knowledgeable about the hotel.
The room was very basic without many other frills - though we didn't need anything else. The shower was a little hard to manage at first, but did the job.

The apartment was the ideal location for exploring both sides of the Charles Bridge. It was very spacious, and we had an apartment overlooking the street in the back, and it was very quiet. while still having a view. Elegant building with high ceilings and tall windows. Heat worked well and was adjustable. Small kitchen with 2 burners (no oven or microwave) but it worked fine for simple meals.

Lovely location with lots of amenities nearby without having to go right into the centre. Easy check-in process and we really liked the apartment. The female receptionist (whose name I can't recall) was great, incredibly welcoming and helpful.
Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with the other receptionist, Martin. He was rude and made a joke about something we raised (which was a valid concern which it transpired was the fault of the staff at the apartment and not us). He then proceeded to make the joke a second time upon checking out; his attitude felt accusatory and marred an otherwise pleasant stay.
The pillows were very uncomfortable.

Cheap, perfect location
Shabby, but clean and cheap for such a good location. Photos of the view are totally fake, nothing in common with reality though, ignore them. Also, on the not-so-good side, there is a musical school next door, be prepared to wake up from trumpet playing at 8 am. The manager was good to take care of it and move us to the other side. It was at least calm.

Awesome apartment. 3 minutes walk to Charles Bridge and all the food you can want.
One minute to St. Nicholas Church…I watch an Motzart Concert there.., Wow… once in a lifetime experience if you are that lucky.

Great stay at Three Crowns.
It wasnt a problem for us but being on 4th floor there was the need to carry cases up one flight of stairs.
The beams could have been an issue for some as we did need to duck head at times.
My husband is over 6 ft and had no issues.
