Very Good
Clean rooms, everything you need to prepare food, close to metro and grocery store.
Very soft pillows, impossible to sleep. Two small materases instead of one for the queen(king) size bed.

Location is decent, the receptionist was really helpful, but...
The room itself smelled like wet stucco. There were many ladybugs in the living room. The sofa seemed really dirty, I would never sit on it. You can't really open the windows unless you don't mind even more bugs in (please install a bug-screen at least on one of the windows!). The room was cold when I arrived in the evening, had to turn on the heating myself and wait until next morning for normal temperature. The bed was comfy but squeaky. There were no carpets anywhere in the building, so when kids next door were running through the hall back and forth at night, everything echoed. The adjacent construction site doesn't exactly count as a nice view. Outside parking was too tight, plus my car got quite dirty from the construction dust. Overall disappointment for the price comparable to a VERY good traditional hotel. Makes no sense at all.

Ants EVERYWHERE. In the shower in the morning on the table and floor.
Staff rude and the process for check-in, check-out is uncomfortable. You need to fill in a mandatory survey, which requires more data than required and probably already provided by booking. Since it's mandatory it probably violates GDPR. Staff rudely is insistent that you fill in the survey, but does not mention city tax, which on check out is requested and delays Bolt taxi pick up.

It is like an apartment hotel. The kitchen is very well equipped. The area is quiet. It also has a washing machine in case someone needs it. Overall, it was nice to stay there.
Some of the burners of the stoves were not fully functional. The authority should check it regularly.

The location wise is good, accessible with train and bus. Its a quiet neighborhood. You feel safe walking at night. the size of the apartment is ideal for a family. cooking pot and utensils are also complete and big help for long term stay.
They never replenish the basic necessity like the bathroom tissue and the towels. We arrived the apartment is so dirty and even the bed smells like someone already been sleep. We cant do cleaning because no vacuum available or even a broom to use. The dust accumulated under the bed.

Very loud, you hear all the neighbor noises. Walls are made from cardboard probabbly. Train doesn't make such noise as neighbors in other rooms
It's very smelly, hallways don't have a proper air flow, in room we could open the windows. Lights / lamps very strange, with no proper light, the corridor lamp stays on all night in very low level. Bathroom dark ans smelly.
Hook for clothes broken.
Beds frames are made from metal, so my crawling baby of course hot the forehead couple of times.
You can't open fridge, it's nice to have plates and cups but you can't cook anything - there's no salt or oil for example.

Wonderful
Clean and comfortable. We have stayed two adults and two teenagers. It was sufficient. 9 min to tram station, and 10 min to city center.

Comfortable studio with small kitchen. Very clean. Good bed. Located at appr 5km from the Old Town but very accessible with public transport (metro and tram stops about a 6-8 minutes' walk). Supermarket and a few local restaurants also 6-8 minutes by foot (Georgian restaurant AIA highly recommended). Good value for money.
you could hear the chairs from your neighbors scraping over the floor, as the floors were all tiles.

The check in was very easy through the phone
The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities
Location was very close to the tram station and just a 30 minute walk to the old town
The apartment felt to empty and our voices echoed while we were speaking
I did not manage to turn on the heating system, tried it in both the living room and bedroom but it didn't work. The check in information said we could just turn it on and would work but we weren't able to do it so at night it did feel a bit cold

Spacious studio in a apart hotel building. Comfortable bad, very good linen. Location is not bad, but you have to spend about 7-10 minutes to reach metro/tram stop. Underground parking with an elevator access. Dishwasher, washing machine is a plus, but there no detergents.
There is no any detergents or liquid and no sponge to clean a stove or wash a pan. Also, as mentioned here already, there is no any salt, sugar or oil to cook.
In front of our side of the building was (and is seems forever) construction zone (see photo). In 5a.m. you already can hear a construction noise. I know this is not a problem of an owner.
