The check in was very easy through the phone
The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities
Location was very close to the tram station and just a 30 minute walk to the old town
The apartment felt to empty and our voices echoed while we were speaking
I did not manage to turn on the heating system, tried it in both the living room and bedroom but it didn't work. The check in information said we could just turn it on and would work but we weren't able to do it so at night it did feel a bit cold

It was the second time i have been there. I think this option is one of the best in Prague and worth it. Smooth electronic check-in (in the past it was physical key needed to pick-up) everything was perfect.

Spacious studio in a apart hotel building. Comfortable bad, very good linen. Location is not bad, but you have to spend about 7-10 minutes to reach metro/tram stop. Underground parking with an elevator access. Dishwasher, washing machine is a plus, but there no detergents.
There is no any detergents or liquid and no sponge to clean a stove or wash a pan. Also, as mentioned here already, there is no any salt, sugar or oil to cook.
In front of our side of the building was (and is seems forever) construction zone (see photo). In 5a.m. you already can hear a construction noise. I know this is not a problem of an owner.

Disappointing
Location is decent, the receptionist was really helpful, but...
The room itself smelled like wet stucco. There were many ladybugs in the living room. The sofa seemed really dirty, I would never sit on it. You can't really open the windows unless you don't mind even more bugs in (please install a bug-screen at least on one of the windows!). The room was cold when I arrived in the evening, had to turn on the heating myself and wait until next morning for normal temperature. The bed was comfy but squeaky. There were no carpets anywhere in the building, so when kids next door were running through the hall back and forth at night, everything echoed. The adjacent construction site doesn't exactly count as a nice view. Outside parking was too tight, plus my car got quite dirty from the construction dust. Overall disappointment for the price comparable to a VERY good traditional hotel. Makes no sense at all.

The location is great, near by(5-7min walking) is the metro station and tram station. So you can easy get where you want. The public transport is great and you have a lot of opportunity. There are tickets for 24 and 72 hours, so you can purchase from the card machine in front of the metro station. In the tram you can buy tickets from 1 hour up to 24 hours .You can pay with card. The neighborhood is quiетлѕ and there are parks and playground for children. Near the metro station is placed market. The kitchen is small, but functional. There are all the necessary kitchenware. The rooms were warm.
There was a lot of dust under the beds. And there was moisture in the hallway. When we get in the room there was musty smell. After we open the terrace doors, the smell was gone. Also in some of the corridors there was quite of heavy smell of cooking.

Wonderful
Tha bathroom was super clean. There were enough towels and toilet papers for the entire stay.
The bad was stiffer than I used to but it was OK. The chairs in the living room were surprisingly more comfortable than they look.
The WiFi was good for online team meetings.
The sofa had no arm rests. Although I didn’t watch TV, it was positioned in a weird way: one could only watch it at an angle.

Wonderful
The location and the apartment in general, a very good and amazing place. I'll recommend it to everyone that I know who needs a place in Prague. It's chill and very close to the meteo, stores and so on.
No instructions on how to use the stove or the washing machine or the dishwasher etc, we had to figure out everything by ourselves

The location was in a quiet area next to a school, so you may hear children's voices in the morning from the nearby garden. It's less than a 10-minute walk to a supermarket, small restaurants, tram and metro stations and not far from the bus station in Florence. The apartment features a spacious kitchen and dining area, a sofa and bed in the living room, and a separate bedroom with a closet.
The front office lady was very helpful and stayed until 4 PM. She provided us with an ironing board and fans upon request.
As it is not common in many European countries, this is the first bathroom that includes a bidet.
I would have rated it a 10, but a few things were missing or could be improved:
- There were no basic kitchen essentials like a kitchen towel, oil, salt, sugar, tea, dish soap, or a sponge.
- The fridge was difficult to open and close, possibly because it doesn’t fit well within the counter space.
- Adding door clothing hangers in both the room and bathroom would be more convenient.
- The TV lacked apps like Netflix and DAZN, and most of the available channels were hard to understand.
- The walls behind the doors were damaged—installing door stoppers or handle protectors would help prevent this.
- Since the living room includes a bed, blackout curtains (like those in the bedroom) would be more appropriate for better privacy and sleep quality.
- a mob in the bathroom would be good to wipe any water.

The staff is great, the apartment is spacious and bright.
For us the most uncomfortable were the pillows, they are too big and tough for us and the bed was squeaking a lot. All the rest was fine.

Earlier comments are true. Small but clean. If there are 4 of you, the front room is taken up by the bed. The WiFi was good. They changed some light bulbs as we asked.
The walk is a bit far from the metro and didn’t feel very safe. People drinking and loitering around the grocery store. I wouldn’t have felt safe without my husband. Basic cleaning supplies and soap would be nice. Construction and train are noisy outside your window which needs to be open for air. The construction is not finishing anytime soon.

Great location with easy access by car or via the Bolt app. Entry to the building and facilities is simple and fully automated with codes, all clearly explained.
The apartment had a noticeable smell of cigarettes, which was a bit unpleasant. The kitchen was missing some basic essentials like dish detergent, a sponge, and a kitchen towel, which would have made cleaning more convenient. Also, be cautious about leaving the windows open in the evening — insects can quickly find their way in.

Ants EVERYWHERE. In the shower in the morning on the table and floor.
Staff rude and the process for check-in, check-out is uncomfortable. You need to fill in a mandatory survey, which requires more data than required and probably already provided by booking. Since it's mandatory it probably violates GDPR. Staff rudely is insistent that you fill in the survey, but does not mention city tax, which on check out is requested and delays Bolt taxi pick up.

We stayed at Prag City Residence for one week and overall had a mixed experience. Below is a breakdown of the positives and negatives we observed during our stay:
Great Location: Close to both metro and tram lines, making it easy to access different parts of the city.
Easy Access: Entry to the building and apartment was smooth and hassle-free.
Stable, High-Speed Internet: The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout our stay.
Modern and Clean Bathroom: The toilet was modern, well-maintained, and fully stocked with hygiene products.Helpful Receptionist: The receptionist was generally helpful and responsive when needed.
Construction View and Noise: Our apartment had a direct view of a construction site, causing daily exposure to dust and noise.
Poor Ventilation in Kitchen: The kitchen lacked a functional extractor hood, leading to heavy smoke and cooking odors.
Overheating: Despite having windows and being located on the east and south sides, the apartment became very hot during the day, especially in summer.
Insufficient Kitchen Supplies: Basic cooking utensils were provided, but just enough to get by. Notably, only one dishwasher tablet was left for a week-long stay—either none should be provided, or at least 4–5 tablets should be included.
No Coffee Machine: There was no coffee machine, which was not clearly indicated in the listing. We had to make do with instant coffee using the kettle.
Limited Living Space: The sofa bed, when extended, took up most of the living room area, making it feel cramped.
Overall Condition Reflects the Price: While the price was lower compared to other accommodations, this was clearly due to the limitations in comfort and amenities.
