Location-ish, because of sentimental attachment to Karlín, though per se not great, and the seventh (and last) floor has a good view of it, again good if it means something to you, on its own facing panel houses on the left and front and a large construction site on the right.
It was not cleaned appropriately before our arrival, probably certain places since longer than that. The couch was untouchable, hair and dust were to be found around, some of the glasses were coated with a white powder that melted in water and persisted a few washes.
Also, a pot to make pasta pairs with a pasta strainer, otherwise serving such pasta after cooking it becomes tough.

Great location, it always felt very relaxing to come home from the chaos of the city. The walk is safe and the public transportation is nearby making it convenient.

I liked the spaciousness of the room, the laundry, kitchen, and dishwasher access, and the location. It was excellent for an extended stay.
The furnishings were very sparse. I would recommend that they invest in some bedside tables, for example - I had to take the chairs from the table. I think at least one comfy chair would also be a nice addition: currently the only soft place to sit is the bed.

I liked that the place was tidy and looked like the pictures. The place was nearby the metro and tram station wich was great.
I did not like that the windows were without mosquito nets. Some dishwashing detergent and a sponge would have been helpful as I wouldn't use the dishwasher for one or two plates. (They did provide Dishwasher tablets though). The bed from the living room wasn't the most comfortable but we could see from the pictures that it was a pull out bed not a normal one.

Clean, access to local transport that takes you everywhere, washing machine very useful.
There’s an abandoned hospital nearby that is a historic monument, try to find out more from google and AI and take a stroll around it, quite interesting.

It was easy to check in and check out, all done alone. Good location and easy to get to city centre. It was very clean and we loved that it had a kitchen.
The view was not great, we were on the left side of the building and there’s a lot of construction which was unfortunate.

The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it ideal for a couple. It had all the essential amenities, and the kitchen was particularly impressive, offering ample space along with all the necessary utensils and cutlery.
The bathroom was also excellent - modern, clean, and well-maintained.
The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and supportive throughout our stay, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable.
The only minor drawback was that the tram and metro stations were a bit of a walk away, which could be challenging during hot weather.

The staff is great and available 24-7 through the booking app. I always get a prompt response when needing anything. We have had a wonderful stay. The maintenance and cleaning staff are on top of any of our needs and are prompt to respond to help. My son stays here full time as he is finishing up a year long program at the Film University and I feel he is safe and comfortable in this accommodation. The public transportation nearby has made it so easy for him to have made this apartment hotel a convenient place to lay his head at night. He often has to travel to different parts of the city and outside the city center for different filming projects and he has never felt isolated but free to use the amazing Prague Metro system. I can’t recommend this accommodation enough. We feel it has checked all the boxes we have needed.
There is nothing I would suggest besides maybe extending the hours of the person at the front desk daily.

Great stay at Prague City Residence. I arrived before check-in and was able to park earlier, which was very helpful. The staff were professional, friendly, and supportive, especially Volodymyr, who kindly printed my codes when my phone battery was dead. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and everything went smoothly during my stay. Overall, a very positive experience and I would gladly stay here again. 10/10.
The heating could of been better and the TV had no streaming option but both weren't deal breakers.

Almost fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, closes dryer.
Smell not good. Not sure what it was, cigarettes or some kind of cleaning chemicals. I’m one of the nights someone from neighbors smoked marihuana.
Very small trash bin, no broom or vacuum for ad hoc cleaning during the multi day stay.
Also would be great to stay few tea bags and capsules for watshing machine.

Great location not far from the O2 arena (we came for an ice skating event). Well connected with tram and metro close by. Very clean, easy to contact the hosts, easy access with door code. Comfortable and spacious.
Not a big deal but note there's no sugar/salt/tea anything available in the apartment - so self-service when it comes to anything like that.

Clean rooms, everything you need to prepare food, close to metro and grocery store.
Very soft pillows, impossible to sleep. Two small materases instead of one for the queen(king) size bed.
