Perfect location, large terrace with breathtaking view of the river and charles bridge. 2 huge bedrooms communicating with each other and the living room, neat kitchen with dining table and chairs. Additional small very cosy bedroom with amazing river view. Lots of atmoshere. The host too was great, let us put our bags in the apartment bebore check in and allowed late checkout with no extra charge even though they had next guests coming soon. Spotlessly clean, baby bed (proper bed with thick mattress, not the camp folding one) upon request. Excellent WIFI. The apartment was so great we really enjoyed staying in (not easy to be always walking the streets with a little one) and still felt we are travelling in Prague.

Location & spacious rooms
- We asked for early check-in & the management agree to store our luggages and we should wait till apartment check in which around 3 PM. We thought the apartment was occupied by another guest so we stored our luggages and we took a walk in city waiting the room check in time after a long flight. We expect better attitude for customer staying for 3 nights given that the room was ready. -The palace was spacious, but unfortunately the furniture was dated and smell not good and need renovations.

Couldnt stand up in shower. No lift so very very hard to carry cases up and down flights of stairs, many lights werent working, towels were threadbare.

Outstanding location, amazing terrace. Very spacious and clean. Possibly the best place to stay in Prague.
They requested passport photos on the morning of the same day as a pre-requisite of getting the door code. Wasn't convenient as we were traveling at the time.

3rd room was really tiny, kids slept there so all good for us but for adult it might be little bit difficult to get out of the bed.

Great location. Walking distance from most central locations. Spacious apartment. Clean. Friendly and helpful host.
We were expecting kitchen rolls, sugar, salt and some coffee powder, which we didn't bring along with us. But I guess I should have read the description before packing.

Charming, spacious apartment in Old Town, with beautiful views of Charles Bridge. Wonderful location! We stayed in the second floor apartment, which was clean, and very comfortable. Door code was great in that we didnt need to figure how to share a key amongst us. Host was accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay again when I return to Prague.
Coffee! The only coffeemaker was a stove top espresso maker; very inconvenient when trying to make coffee for more than one person. No cleaning supplies provided in kitchen. Very minor inconveniences in the scheme of things, but also very simple fixes.

Everything is amazing. The view is outstanding and the appartment is spectacular. The host was super nice and had accommodated all our requests. Fast response to questions and generous attitude.
