The apartment was huge compared to what we were able to book in other European cities. The views of the Charles Bridge were amazing. Located a short walking distance from the Charles Bridge and other prime sites. Perfect for a family to spread out a bit and relax.
The only negative I can think of, was the wooden patio chairs are in dire need of replacement. To be fair there was a small outdoor couch in the corner but the birds had dirtied that a bit and I didn't feel like cleaning it. The balcony on the river is such a beautiful place to relax in the evenings after a long day. We grabbed a few kitchen chairs to sit in while we were outside and that worked just fine.

The building is historic and the apartment is furnished with antiques which is to say it oozes charm. The view is absolutely stunning! We loved our stay here so much we will stay here again when returning to Prague.
It’s perfect. There’s no ac but there are fans which were all we needed.

Beautiful apartment. Excellent location. Large airy rooms.
Although the bathrooms are in good condition the master shower is elevated about 4" off the ground, slopes to the open back of the shower which allows water to run right to the floor. There are no safety bars to step down the 4" inches to the floor which resulted in a hard fall. Reported the incident to the manager who arrived at the apartment at midnight to see if the shower was draining properly. The drain was never the issue but a poor design and lack of safety bar to step down is a safety problem. Also all three of us were awakened by the manager's arrival at midnight and we wete startled awake when he let himself into the apartment. We didn't know who was coming in at 12am! It was very unsettling.
Both bathrooms have step-down that should have grip bars for safely getting out of the showers and rubber floor mats to prevent falls. Fortunately I wasn't so seriously injured that I couldn't continue my travels. It was a close call.

Apartment was clean and fully furnished. Short walk to the Charles Bridge.
Being so close to the river, we were expecting (as described in ad) nice views of the bridge and river as well as old town. Unfortunately, being located on the top floor of the residence, windows were not for viewing, but allowed for nice breeze only. We had to stand on the furniture to see out the "port hole" to get a view of the river. Beds were located in a loft, and were literally on the floor, so it made it difficult to get in and out of bed. Very uncomfortable. Ad stated "no elevators" but it did not state that stairs (three flights to get to apartment) were not ADA compliant (uneven and not consistent height). Loft stairs were extremely scary to navigate especially during the night to access bathroom.

Location was excellent. The view of the terrace is amazing, that would be really great to enjoy it in a warmer weather. The kitchen utensils are enough, the communication with the team was great. We were six people so it was really nice to have the doors open via a code. Usually, this kind of places dont offer a luggage storage as hotels do, this place does it which we got benefit from.
The third room is really small and it has a direct door opening into the kitchen which makes it a bit uncomfortable. The room opening into the living room is a bit lack of privacy due to the glass door.

The property was in a fantastic location, just across the Charles Bridge- within walking distance to everything. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, lovely welcome pack, very comfy bed, amazing views of the Charles Bridge & the river, with lovely restaurants close by. Communication from the team was superb, great recommendations for restaurants would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

It was a beautiful apartment, clean and had everything you could want. Location was superb, central and being next to the Charles Bridge meant it was easy to find.
Hosts were always available and helpful - videos to show how to access building and where we could store our luggage on our final day.
Only thing I would suggest is a list of sights/attractions/restaurants etc would be a useful addition to the property.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn’t have been better, and the views from nearly every window were simply breathtaking—especially from the terrace, which offered a direct view of the Charles Bridge.
The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for a relaxing girls’ trip. The living room was especially cozy and made for a great spot to unwind together after a day of sightseeing.
I also appreciated the individual door codes for the apartment—it was a new system for me, but it proved to be both convenient and secure. Overall, a fantastic stay in an unbeatable location!
If I had to mention one small issue, it would be that two of the beds had slight dips that could use some attention. It wasn’t a major problem, but something to be aware of.
Overall, an amazing stay in an unbeatable location—highly recommend!
