We stayed in the family accommodations that included:
Master sleeping room
Kids sleeping room

Shower & Restroom
The rooms are convenient with enough space for the kids .
The hotel located in Prague old city - minutes of walking from all sight locations .
The hotel offers a valet parking with super friendly driver that will take care for your car .
The breakfast is typical great Czech style buffet with plenty of choose.
Many thanks for the great front desk personal that were assisting us with all our needs .
Defiantly will return to the hotel again .
The only thing that I can say , the wifi signal is slightly week.

The hotel was centrally located and I can't complain, Staff were perfect and always ready to help. breakfast was also great to start your day. requested for a pack breakfast on our last day as we have to leave early for our flight and all prep and ready when we checked out. We will definitely come back again next time.

Location very good. Within walking distance of all attractions, restaurants, bars, etc. Staff very friendly and also place for bags when waiting on departure. Good breakfast selection.

The location was near the attractions
Breakfast was not good and the hotel is not clean. The dishes from the breakfast was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, they didn’t changed the towels and they didnt cleaned anything else, like the floor and the sink was dirty too.

Love the architecture and location of this hotel - really well situated and spacious. Great it does such a range of rooms and had a good breakfast and great to be able to use the luggage room at both ends of stay
Last time we stayed in a street facing 1st floor room This time with family we were in a darker ground floor room without a view so slightly less good experience but still a good stay

The location is very close to the old town, the staff were very nice and helpful. Overall a great place to stay for the price. Would definitely recommend

Hotel was close to restaurants, public transportation, and a lot of attractions. Quiet Street.
We visited the end of October and it was jampacked at the Hotel. If you don’t get to the breakfast by 7:30 AM, you may have to wait in a queue. I guess this place is popular.!

Old style hotel
Hotel did not cancel the extra night and kept delaying my request for cancellation.Felt like staff is trained to cheat guests. I stayed only for 2 nights, but paid for 3. Booking should not endorse this hotel

The room was gorgeous, and the private balcony was such a plus. Two bathrooms was an unexpected treat as well. Loved the location and breakfast was amazing.
The showers were temperamental. Both would go from ice cold to boiling hot 2/3 days; only one day they functioned normally. Also the air conditioning felt like it was on its last leg.

Location. Family accomodation - practically 2 rooms× 2 beds, plus small kitchen...Clean.
View - inner yard. Gummy matress cower. Not adequate size ( small) breakfast room.

Central location was brilliant. Can walk out to app the main sights. We arrived straight from the airport after midnight and the staff were very friendly, helpful with recommendations and check in. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection to choose from.
Nothing it was great for a base to explore the city. Has all the basics you need.
