Location and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The staff were extremely condescending and the cost for the breakfast was ridiculous considering the juice was watered down and no available coffee at 9:00. An hour before the breakfast buffet would close. Even trying to find a cup for a coffee wasn’t possible. Wifi constantly interrupted during our stay.

Very nicely located. Clean and well kept. Helpful staff, especially at breakfast. Our room was a very nice size. They let us borrow an adapter quite easily.
Smokers block the entrance, which was annoying. The shower was very slippery and you had to step up into and out of it. Hard to use outlets for my cpap machine.

Spotlessly clean, well appointed, friendly multi-lingual staff, excellent breakfast, right in Old Town and very walk-able. Photo is next door to the property.

The room had only one power outlet, and it was placed very high up. We had to move a large drawer cabinet to access the outlet behind it. The bathroom door and the fridge door were defective. The shower holder was broken, and the handheld shower could not be properly fixed at a suitable height. There was a lot of noise coming from the street, and it was also very loud from the neighboring room. At breakfast, food items were often refilled late, and the breakfast room was always overcrowded. In the kitchen, there was no dishwashing liquid available. The room was located in between staff rooms, and luggage storage rooms.

location is perfect, 5 min from charles bridge. rooms are luxurious, spacious, massive furniture that gives a royal feel to the whole place. we had 2 full bathrooms in our room and each was amazing.Breakfast was delicious and staff was super helpful and just lovely.

The room and bedroom were clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We requested room sleepers, and they promptly accommodated our request. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
