There were plenty of hairs in the shower and the duvet smelled like it was used before. Also I was asking for a company invoice and the gay in the reception told me he will send by email so I left all my details including email but I never received.

Great stay in a very nice hotel with a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Room service is perfect, delicious breakfast and the best private wellness that can be used even late at night. And last but not least, thanks to all the staff of this hotel, we felt amazingly comfortable here from the moment we walked in the door. I like breakfest very much, Indeed it was the reason we went to the hotel. I liked the bed, it was very comfotable. Staff is friendly, however I had to ask for invoice 3x. There is complimentary tea in the room and a electric kettle. In this season it was very appreciated.
There were some minor issues with cleaness of the room, however nothing tremendous.

The location of the hotel was a bit odd — it didn’t look like a hotel at all, but that was fine. Outside, there was a pile of trash, which wasn’t a great first impression. The corridor of the hotel was actually very nice, but the room itself was average and looked better in the photos. The bathroom was awful — it smelled bad, had mold, and there was no soap in the dispenser. Quite disappointing overall. On the positive side, the breakfast was good with a nice selection of food, though unfortunately the coffee was disgusting. One more thing — the payment. I was asked to pay at the property, which is fine, but they recalculated the price from euros to CZK using a much worse exchange rate. As a result, the stay ended up being more expensive than the price shown on Booking. I don’t quite understand why the price is displayed in euros if they charge in CZK.

The location was perfect. I also do appreciate the overall cleanliness and very friendly staff at the reception.
The bathroom could be in better shape. The breakfast buffet could offer more varieties, considering the price. Relax services were not included.

For reasons unknown to me, this hotel has been rated with 4 stars! In reality, it hardly deserves more than 3—and even that, with many reservations. The hotel is literally next to a railway line, with trains passing by throughout the night, making it impossible to get proper rest. The breakfast was nothing special—quite poor, in fact. The lady in charge of replenishing the buffet was grumpy and did not do her job properly. Our room had no soap or shampoo, and we had to request them from the staff. The so-called 'spa hotel' turned out to be something between a residential building and a brothel. The pool is just 7 by 3 meters, so there’s no point in even calling it a spa. The place smelled of dampness and mold. I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel.
