I liked everything about the stay. The facilities are nice and was able to use the pool and sauna.
Unfortunately I had very noisy neighbors and was not able to sleep for 3 nights. I could hear their voices through the wall the whole night, until 4am.

The location of the hotel was great. You can access city center in 30 mins through public transport. The room was decent and was clean. The parking space provided by the hotel was good for the price and the receptionist were helpful.
The facilities provided by the hotel should be improved for example, no water bottle was provided we had to buy in the reception. Breakfast was average, the boiled eggs were cold not sure if it was on purpose. Definitely not a 4-star hotel from my perspective.

Very Poor
The receptionist didn't speak English, she couldn't even explain where to park the car. when I asked if it was ok where I parked, he shrugged his shoulders and the next day I received a fine. The doors creaked like a horror movie and the next day at breakfast I found a hair in the salad.
