Location is very close to everything. The room was nice and spacious which perfect for couples. Despite of the busy area but we can’t hear any noise from the outside world. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is clean so its a plus. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place and its very walkable to the old town.

Perfect location close to old town, business , train station , shopping center...etc.. Staff was helpful and warm. Room area was quite good.
There is no lobby to sit down with the guests, but, you can simply transfer to surrounding cafes and restaurants.

Nice Western-style hotel with most expected amenities, walking distance to train, shopping, and old part of town
Continental breakfast, while including an exceptional variety of items, is NOT complimentary, and I was a little surprised at how much it did cost. Price of room was equivalent to something similar in US in a mid-sized city.

I had a Junior suite with terrace and it was breathtaking . The hotel is in the perfect location to walk to two metro stops - both on either end of the block, tram stop, multiple food options , and it includes breakfast. The room could have been cleaned better as there was a lot of dust on side tables, phone and furniture. Appreciated the heated floors .
Very limited options at breakfast for Gluten free despite me asking in advance and was told there were. Only offering was gluten free bread that was microwaved. Also the staff were unable to tell me if anything on the line was gluten free, just “I don’t know”. I just went to the supermarket and bought my own GF food which is what I usually do. Needs to be cleaned better. Housekeeping came at 2:45pm on my first day - a very odd time.

location is very near to all of the attractions and restaurants, easy to commute as hotel is near to train station.
room is decent but A/C is not as cold as it should be, its sometimes got hot in the room, plus bed and pillow is too soft that make my head and back hurt.

House keeping was very bad my room was not properly cleaned or bathroom both were left uncleaned even bed sheets were not changed for 7 nights. Carpet and furniture were very dirty and smelly although I was in a suit not in a single room.

Disappointing
I paid the full amount when I arrived, but after checking out , the hotel charged my card once for 5000 CZK and then 10000 CZK with no explanation!
On top of that, a cleaning lady (fat one) shouted at my family in a very rude way! because of a water leak caused by their poor plumbing. Instead of fixing the issue, they warned us we’d be fined €100 if it happened again.
I don’t recommend this hotel.

it’s a perfect location, 10mins from old town and there are plenty of cafes right to the next door and the lively street. Couldn’t wish better.
No room service, the property was clean yet seems to be old and quickly renovated, but good value for money. They say 4 stars at booking, but realistically it’s a 3 star hotel, maybe even 2+.
