The room was what we needed for the night. Very clean and updated.
Interesting check-in. Came in at 20:00 and had to ask again for the pre requested crib. Was double charged for an extra guest, but I was able to get a refund in the morning.

Convenient location close to airport.
Generally very sad ambience with staff - specifically in the restaurant- showing no interest in serving! Except for proximity to the airport location is isolated - so you are forced to use the restaurant despite the poor service. We stayed there due to flight cancellation.

Clean. Nice shower! Comfortable bed, but blankets too small.
Getting to it from the airport was more difficult than it needed to be. It is in Terminal 3, which is 5km from Terminal 1 (where we landed). The shuttle needs to be ordered ahead of time, although there is no clear way of doing so. We ultimately ended up taking an Uber (very easy).

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel’s location is only a short drive to the airport.
Finding the hotel’s parking was difficult; spaces were very limited, and there was no direct route from the lot to the hotel. In my room, I could smell a strong perfume-like scent along with a food odor that might have come from the restaurant.

The location to the airport was great. I was easy to get to from public transportation as well.
The bed has a small sheet over it and the comforter was small and super thin. It was not a relaxing place to sleep for the night. The hot water was also random and at time had what looked like rust come out of the faucet.

Stayed one night before an early flight. Room was a good size, plenty of room to sort suitcases out before the flight. Kettle and coffee in the room. Bathroom also good and everywhere was clean. Staff really nice and shuttle service was good.

Very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, very comfortable and secure.
Hotel kindly moved my stay at no extra charge when I accidentally booked the day before.
Restaurant didn’t open until 2:00 pm but food the day before was excellent.

Delicious breakfast. Didn't have as many choices as some other hotels, but was very good. It was right by the airport runway, but still quiet.

The location is great! Easy access to the airport and also to go into the city because the bus stop is right outside. They also have airport shuttle which we used when we first arrived. The staff, especially Peter went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even gave us great suggestions for sightseeing.
Breakfast could have had more hot food
