The staff went above and beyond. The cleaners (especially whoever cleaned room 816 on Monday 15th) were amazing and their attention to detail were brilliant. Austin the concierge couldn’t do enough, the check in staff were so helpful, location was amazing, hotel was beautiful

Perfect location, good breakfast, nice design.
There is no soundproofing between the rooms, so it was very noisy and I could clearly hear conversations and other sounds from neighboring rooms and corridor.

Everything. Staff is very friendly, service is really top of the notch. Breakfast is great, served as buffet + you can order incredible dishes from a menu, cofee and other drinks.
Rooms are great, bed is very comfortable. Very modern and clean.

The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were outstanding throughout my stay – professional, friendly, and always willing to help. I also appreciated the beautiful renovation and modern design of the property, which created a very pleasant atmosphere.
I was disappointed that there was no carpet or rug next to the bed. It was not very comfortable stepping directly from the bed onto the hard wooden floor. In addition, the air conditioning did not function properly and was unable to maintain a comfortable room temperature.

My mom and I had a great time. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, the service, and the food. The dishes from the menu were delicious, and it was wonderful that my mom was also able to order gluten-free options. We especially loved Ana at breakfast—she was incredibly sweet, professional, and attentive. She made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

1. The hotel facilities and rooms are very new. The room design is elegant and refined, and the color palette feels very high-end. The combination of milky white and black in the bathroom is especially soothing. The bed linens and sofa are very comfortable, and I slept really well.
2. The hotel is just steps away from the Old Town, and all major attractions are within walking distance, which makes everything extremely convenient.
3. In addition to the buffet, breakfast also offers an à la carte menu. I tried several egg dishes and oatmeal porridge, and everything was delicious. It was a great way to start each day of my trip feeling full and satisfied.
4. Every staff member—from the doorman to the front desk to the restaurant team—was helpful, kind, and friendly. They offered suggestions and assistance whenever I needed it. They are all very lovely.
If I have to mention a couple of minor drawbacks:
1. The charging ports by the bed are all USB only, with no standard plug sockets. Nowadays, most electronic devices no longer use USB-A charging. It would be better if there were USB-C ports or regular outlets. I had to use an adapter and charge my camera from a floor socket.
2. The toilet paper in the bathroom is quite rough, which made it uncomfortable to use. Fortunately, there are soft tissues provided at the sink area, which are much better. It would be great if the toilet paper could be replaced with a softer type.
3. Perhaps because the bathroom was well soundproofed, my response wasn't heard by the staff outside the door. It was around 10 AM when the staff opened the door to water the plants in my room, but I was using the toilet at the time! It was incredibly embarrassing! Luckily, both the staff and I were women. When I checked out, I told the front desk about it, and they apologized kindly and offered me a juice or coffee, but I was in a hurry to get to my plans for the day and didn't have it. It would be even better if the hotel could adjust the watering time according to the morning's preparation time for guests.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel during my visit. Everything was outstanding, from the warm and professional reception to the great location and reasonable prices. The valet parking service was efficient and convenient, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and great value. I would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel was very nice though I didn’t spend much time there unfortunately. Friendly and accommodating staff, clean room with all the necessary equipment and powerful hairdryer. And I liked the bar.
The room was nice but very small, on the other hand - it was the most affordable price.
