I recently stayed at this hotel in Prague with my daughter and friends and we all had a very positive overall experience. The facilities were well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, making our stay comfortable and convenient.
What truly stood out, however, was the staff. During our stay, I unfortunately became sick, and the level of care and support I received was exceptional. The team couldn’t have been more helpful or kind, always ready to assist with anything I needed. What touched me the most was that their concern felt genuine — it wasn’t just professional courtesy, but real human empathy. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of, which made a difficult situation much easier to handle.
I’m very grateful for their kindness and would absolutely recommend this hotel to others visiting Prague.

The stay was excellent. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of high-quality options. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful at all hours, which made the overall experience even better. Highly recommended.

The manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating. When I mentioned it was my birthday, the manager even sent a cake to my room, which made the day feel extra special. It’s a great place to stay - I highly recommend it and would gladly return to the same hotel on a future visit to Prague.

The whole experience of staying there was great. The staff at the reception were very helpful. Great location and a beautiful room. Close to the metro and about a 7-minute walk from the Old Town Square.

We liked a lot about this hotel. The location is excellent- walking distance to all major points of interest. The breakfast was great value for money as the hotel as a whole was. The hotel is IMMACULATELY clean with beautiful finishes. The room make up service was brilliant too. The bed, sheets, towels and bath robes were all very good quality. I loved the art work that apparently rotates to showcase local artists. Would return and would recommend.
The walls are thin. Thin thin. This was fine for us as we live in a city in apartments where you hear noise from time to time. If you are not used to this, you will need earplugs.

Clean, rooms appear to have been renovated recently . Good bathroom amenities and lighting. Excellent, large fluffy towels
Room was very small and warm. Ours was on the 8th floor. Even with the windows open, room was overly warm at night. And open windows meant a lot of noise through night until 3:am.
Room was so small my partner and I had to step to the side to let the other walk to the bathroom. We are fit, average size people.
