Location & staff specially the front desk from Minsk
The AC was disconnecting without Auto i had asked for a repair but the technician wasn’t there so they gave me a fan for the 1st night & for the 2nd night the technician didn’t fix the AC & they gave me for the 2nd & my last night an extra room just for a sleep & unfortunately it was even worse, so i used my main room to sleep because it has a fan. Just a notice the AC, in my main suite in the room, is not working at all. However, the AC inside the entrance of the suite was working auto but it disconnected in the 22 degree celius. When i go out & come back you can not imagine that the temprature of the bedroon reaches 26 !!! It was really hard to sleep.

Apart from my one issue detailed below the hotel ticked all the boxes and would of otherwise received a rating of 10
The noise from the adjoining rooms was overwhelmingly loud. The walls are paper thin with zero insulation, you can literally hear every little noise, furniture scrape and conversation that seemed to be amplified thru the walls of the room.
Given my job as an airline pilot I spend half of my life in hotels. Yes you are inevitably going to hear some sort of noises whilst staying in any hotel but the noise I experienced in this room was next level and something I’ve never experienced before. Disappointing for an otherwise beautiful hotel

the room is spacious, very well furnished and super clean. The general room service works great (towel, laundry) and the bathroom is especially nice. General hotel interior from white marble is amazing to look at.
Noise isolation between the rooms has limits... someone had kids a few doors down the hall, i could hear everything. The next room being cleaned - it's like somebody's hoovering in your bed.
