very friendly staff who were willing to help international guests anytime. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable, breakfast great and staff super helpful and great service. The location of your property is very central to everywhere we wanted to go.
We didnt have anything we didnt like.

The hotel and rooms were beautiful, modern and clean. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and the staff was very friendly. Location was also great, just a 10 minutes walk to the famous Old Town. Would 100% recommend.
The walls were very thin and you could hear noises from the hall or other rooms.

The location is good and bar was good. Breakfast was ok, the avocado toast did not really have fresh avocado on it…
The smell in the hotel was disgusting! When we checked-in there was this terrible smell of some public toilet in the lobby with a cheap aerosol, which was unbearable and we hoped this is temporary and will go away, but next day when we came down for breakfast, it was even worse. I did ask in the reastaurant and couple of girls said yes sorry we feel it but we can not open the door, you will all freeze here. I went to the reception and a smiling girl said she does not feel it, initially, then said that this is a hotel perfume. If this is hotel perfume, people, don’t even think of booking this hotel. Either way it was unbearable to eat food in this smell and we were happy that it was just one day stay and we were checking out.
It all started so nicely, the message on booking.com if we are celebrating anything, to which i responded and there was an avonowledgement of oh, we will consider that. I wonder how did they consider it. Worst experience ever. The price that we paid was extremely overpriced, not worth it, plus all the discomfort (and lying from reception?).

The soundproofing of the rooms was the problem. Had some neighbors that were waking up early and it sounded like they were in the room with you and woke us up every morning. Apart from this everything was excelent.
