Almost everything about this hotel was great!
The room was super clean and spacious. The location was amazing — close to many of Prague’s main sightseeing spots. The restaurant offered plenty of options with great variety, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommended!

The hotel is clean, very well maintained and managed with care. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The location is just one street down from one of the main pedestrian centers and just around the corner from the main railway station. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is abundant, fresh and diverse.
Beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Prague. I would definitely consider coming back.
One small, weird thing. Front desk during the check in asked if we would like to have complementary water and juice for the room. We agreed, and got a large tetrapack of orange and apple juice. However in the room we discovered it was already opened and some juice missing. We decided not to drink opened juice.

Good location for the main city, about 10-15 mins walk to the old town.
Rooms and hotel are stylish and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful
It’s all feather pillows and duvet - I had to ask specially for hypoallergenic and they just had a foam pillow, which wasn’t the comfiest.
I was also woken by guests in the night who were shouting and going between rooms and banging their doors. Not the hotels fault, but just able to hear.

The room and bathroom were spotless and the beds and pillows were super comfy. We also had robes and slippers in our room, as well as a kettle and coffee maker. We were there for my husband's birthday and they left a small cake and card in the room, which was very thoughtful.
Part way through the stay, a noise-related problem developed in the room. We reported the issue to reception on our way out for the day and when we returned, the manager phoned and offered to move us to an upgraded room. They also sent us a bottle of fizz for the inconvenience. We were impressed by the speed and efficiency of the response. All the staff were attentive, effective and polite.
This hotel and its staff are a class act. We'd highly recommend you consider it, if you are planning a trip to Prague.

A very high standard hotel, the rooms are very meticulous and clean The hotel staff is courteous and welcoming. The hotel is located in the heart of the center. I should mention Shelly, the receptionist, who .helped us a lot and gave us lots of tip

Stylish and central. Good breakfast. Will maybe book again if the price is reasonable.
Only very soft pillows. I wish at least some were filled more. Those feel like almost nothing.
We had to move the couch for a bit and floor was very dirty underneath.
