I recently stayed at this hotel in Prague with my daughter and friends and we all had a very positive overall experience. The facilities were well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, making our stay comfortable and convenient.
What truly stood out, however, was the staff. During our stay, I unfortunately became sick, and the level of care and support I received was exceptional. The team couldn’t have been more helpful or kind, always ready to assist with anything I needed. What touched me the most was that their concern felt genuine — it wasn’t just professional courtesy, but real human empathy. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of, which made a difficult situation much easier to handle.
I’m very grateful for their kindness and would absolutely recommend this hotel to others visiting Prague.

Clean, rooms appear to have been renovated recently . Good bathroom amenities and lighting. Excellent, large fluffy towels
Room was very small and warm. Ours was on the 8th floor. Even with the windows open, room was overly warm at night. And open windows meant a lot of noise through night until 3:am.
Room was so small my partner and I had to step to the side to let the other walk to the bathroom. We are fit, average size people.

Excellent location,very well decorated.Very useful and helpful staff.
The heating control in the room is rather difficult to control.
I was told sauna was included but when I went to check it was not open.Tried get a massage as I walked a lot,but didn't get much help.
I suppose these are minor things.

It looked exactly like the photos.
The rooms were clean and everything was as described and expected. And breakfast was delicious.
The walls are thin but that really wasn’t a deal breaker and it didn’t affect my sleep.
