A nice hotel in the center of the city with very good breakfast
It was a bit noisy: the doors are being slammed hard and you can hear the guests from the other rooms…
The bath was not clean enough, found 4 hairs on the towels…

The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet. The hotel porter was very friendly and helpful. Wifi worked well and breakfast was generous and overall had a great selection.
Despite the good amenities, I would say that the service represents more of a 4 -star than 5-star hotel. Firstly, our room was not cleaned on one of the days, despite us being gone almost all day. The bed was not made or towels exchanged. Secondly, make sure to be at breakfast in good time before it ends: we saw several people being turned away as they arrived a couple minutes before the breakfast was set to finish. The staff also starts to clear things around the tables at exactly the time the breakfast ends, causing a lot of noise and the environment resembled a factory. Thirdly, some of the staff is a bit rude and clearly do not know how to speak to guests in a polite way. For example, when asked for more beans at breakfast, one waitress' answer was a simple "no" with rolling eyes. Fortunately, a slightly more senior-looking member of staff saw this, apologized and brought more beans.
When we were checking out, we were offered a small discount on some laundry services or a free coffee due to the fact that our room was not cleaned the previous day. This, for a 5 star hotel, is not adequate enough in my opinion and they should be able to do better.

Pre arrival I asked for some bedding preferences, I’ve got more than I expected, the king size bed was super comfy and I really slept like king the room is ultra well innovated and the waiter who what in Thursday knew little bit Hebrew and his service was beyond any expectation the food of the breakfast was also delicious.

Brilliant location, friendly staff and a lovely room with a great view and little balcony. Staff were very professional and welcoming and the hotel bar is a brilliant space to spend some time.

The location was good . Close to wenceslas square but 15 20 mins walking from old town.
The hotel was clean but pretty basic.
It was advertised as a Michelin key hotel so expected a little more pizzaz. Didn't expect a bare hotel.

The staff at the reception were polite and helpfull.The breakfast was very good, and the hotel itself is very nice.
The bed in the tween room wasn't comfortable. It was verry narrow and the mattress was verry thick and made the bed very high and difficult to climb into.
No shower cap in the bathroom.

Excellent location for visiting the old town. Staff really helpful, friendly , and efficient. Comfortable beds. Generous breakfast with lots of choices, including catering for gluten-free options. Will definitely return.
