Great location, clean, and comfortable. Good value for money
The room was too hot and not adjustable. The front desk said that it was centrally controlled and even though it was hot days they couldn’t turn the temperature down. So unfortunately we didn’t sleep well which is kind of the point of a hotel

The combination of amazing architecture, fantastic renovation and art. Food quality was superb. The stuff was extremely friendly as well.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Prague with my daughter and friends and we all had a very positive overall experience. The facilities were well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, making our stay comfortable and convenient.
What truly stood out, however, was the staff. During our stay, I unfortunately became sick, and the level of care and support I received was exceptional. The team couldn’t have been more helpful or kind, always ready to assist with anything I needed. What touched me the most was that their concern felt genuine — it wasn’t just professional courtesy, but real human empathy. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of, which made a difficult situation much easier to handle.
I’m very grateful for their kindness and would absolutely recommend this hotel to others visiting Prague.

The stay was excellent. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of high-quality options. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful at all hours, which made the overall experience even better. Highly recommended.

The manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating. When I mentioned it was my birthday, the manager even sent a cake to my room, which made the day feel extra special. It’s a great place to stay - I highly recommend it and would gladly return to the same hotel on a future visit to Prague.

The whole experience of staying there was great. The staff at the reception were very helpful. Great location and a beautiful room. Close to the metro and about a 7-minute walk from the Old Town Square.
