Staff was okay.
Check in was late, they never called me to inform me that room is ready so I kept waiting and roaming around. Room was missing lot of things. Ac wasn't working as expected. Toilet missing toothbrush, comb, creams etc. The price was too high for what was actually received.

Our family had an excellent stay at Almanac X Alcron Prague. The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean rooms that made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.
The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help. The location is outstanding—within easy walking distance of Wenceslas Square, Old Town, Charles Bridge, and many of Prague’s major attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.

الموقع ممتاز جدًا، في قلب السنتر وقريب من كل شيء. الفطور رائع ومتنوع، والنظافة على مستوى عالٍ. التكييف كان يعمل بكفاءة، وهي نقطة مهمة جدًا بالنسبة لي. كما أن السعر يعتبر مناسبًا مقارنة بجودة الفندق والخدمات المقدمة برضو بوجد مواقف للسيارات خاصة بالفندق
السلبية الوحيدة كانت تعامل الموظفة Anna، حيث كان أسلوبها في التعامل فظًا وغير مبرر، رغم أنني كنت محترمًا ومتعاونًا معها طوال الوقت. أتمنى تحسين مستوى التعامل مع النزلاء، لأن هذه كانت النقطة الوحيدة التي أثرت على تجربتي

The rooms were big and clean. The location was good too
The air-con didn’t work. It was hell! Super uncomfortable. I find it un acceptable that a hotel in this category. Doesn’t have proper air conditioning. My room temperature was at 27 degrees during all my stay

We came to Prague for one of the most important moments of our lives - our wedding - so choosing the right hotel meant a lot to us. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The valet service, assistance with our luggage, and the genuinely warm, client-oriented attitude of every member of the team immediately made us feel welcome.
The staff handled all of our special requests flawlessly, including receiving flower deliveries before the ceremony. We were also travelling with our dog, and finding a comfortable bed, food, and a toy waiting in the room was such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.
Our room with a balcony was beautiful, with lovely views over the city. The breakfasts were excellent, the room service was delicious, and the location could not have been better.
What made this hotel truly special, however, was its people. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable and contributed greatly to the wonderful memories we made in Prague. We couldn't have chosen a better place for such a special occasion.

The hotel looks spacious and very welcoming, the reception desk staff are nice and police. The location is perfect - every destination in the city center is walkable. The room itself was cosy, clean and comfy. Huge beds. Very nice bathroom, though not very big but well organized. The email communication with the hotel was a very positive experience as well, I had a few extra requests which were fully provided. Thanks!
The breakfast variety could be improved, specifically the offering of baked items and fruits. The vegetables offering was quite basic.
A daily water supply is a nice touch, we loved it.
1. The air-conditioning was not good enough. Also set to 16C, the room temperature was 24-25C, which was quite hot frankly. Plus the air-conditiong often just stopped. I've complained to the reception and asked for a technician but nothing has changed after their visit
2. There's a constant unpleasant background sewage smell in the bathroom. We had 2 rooms, and both had the same problem
