the staff, the building, the location(being close to the train and within walking or public transit to just about everything), having the restaurant, bar, and coffee shop all there was great, the staff gave great recommendations and helped with getting around. We were celebrating our engagement and they were kind enough to bring us a bottle of champaign

The hotel is perfect,the rooms are modern and have a very comfortable bed.
The stuff was very friendly and help us with any request.
The location is very good.

The king bad is actually 2 single bad with a topper to become 1 bad.
There is no outlet near the bad, just USB port.
The AC is hard to control, it stops automatically.

Breakfast excellent. Lots of choice. Cocktail bar was really nice with very professional staff. There were also really good zero alcohol choices which was important to us. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Hotel is very conveniently located near Wenceslas Square and not far to the old town.
Cocktail bar was closed for a private party on the Saturday night which meant hotel guests couldn't use the facility. I didn't like some of the art in the hotel, especially the piece in our room.

The staff were all fabulous. Did what they could given the air conditioning issue - provided fan a and then gave us a room change. Great breakfast spread and the bar serves delicious cocktails.
The air conditioning wasn't working during our stay and our initial room was 29 degrees. We were then moved to a room at the front of the hotel but it was very noisy and one of the windows didn't shut properly. We were offered only a discount and a room upgrade on our next stay.
