This was our third time in Prague, and finally we found a hotel that truly exceeded our expectations. Unlike many traditional European-style hotels in the city, Almanac X Alcron Prague is fully renovated with a modern, stylish design that feels fresh and high-end.
On our first night there was an event taking place on the ground floor, and the bass noise was quite noticeable in our room. However, the way the hotel handled the situation was exceptional. Since it was low season, they explained that they sometimes host groups and events. Without hesitation, the manager Peter personally assisted us at 11:00 PM, offered to move us to another room, and upgraded us to a quiet suite in the calmest area of the hotel. The transition was smooth and handled professionally, with genuine care for our comfort.
The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. The bed and mattress were honestly the most comfortable we have ever experienced abroad. Housekeeping is at a very high level – linens are truly replaced daily, not just arranged.
We also had a very late flight on our departure day, and the hotel kindly allowed us to extend our check-out until 6:00 PM for a very small additional fee. This made our last day much more comfortable and stress-free, and we truly appreciated the flexibility.
The location is excellent, close to everything yet still comfortable and accessible.
We genuinely enjoyed our stay and will definitely return on our next visit to Prague.
There was some noise from an event on our first night, but the hotel responded quickly and upgraded us to a quiet suite, resolving the situation perfectly.
