Hotel was lovely and clean, communication with staff was excellent and they went above and beyond to help me organise my partner's anniversary surprise.
We had a superior room which was very spacious and clean and breakfast was excellent. Great location near the heart of an amazing city.
Highly recommended.

A wonderful, renovated hotel located near downtown and popular tourist spots, restaurants, and public transportation. We're frequent travelers to Prague, and this is by far the best hotel we've stayed at. The breakfast is also the best we've had. Staff go out of their way to assist. The hotel restaurant was a pleasant surprise, and well worth a visit regardless if you're staying there or not. Visit soon before they become too popular or raise their prices, as this is bound to happen quickly with the quality of dishes and service.
Would like to have more outlets near the bed to charge peripheral devices.

Connected rooms were not available during my stay due to full occupancy, the breakfast was average not much of variety. But definitely i will book same hotel for a stay if i decide to visit prague again. Thank you!

Fantastic location a mere 10 minute walk from central station, new interior (a little hipster but it works), very pleasant atmosphere, extremely clean, generally quiet and relaxing. Fantastic value for money. Decent gym.
- nothing major - I would definitely book again, and I always flag I am sensitive to sounds: While the rooms are generally quiet (not outside noise, which is an achievement in a city plagued by groups of bachelors) the heavy doors of other rooms closing are very loud. Plus some sounds from the neighbor room such as walking, items dropping are even amplified.

Great location. Excellent breakfast. I liked the staff at the breakfast, they are very helpful and quick to serve you from the a la carte menu.

The
It's not a 5 star hotel at all. The staff consists of very inexperienced people who have no understanding of hospitality (there were a few exceptions).
The breakfast is simply inadequate; the so-called a la carte breakfast consists of precooked food or heated dishes. We've had 4 breakfasts and not once did they manage to properly bake 2 eggs sunny side up. One of the staff actually admitted that the service was poor and that nothing was done about it by the management. I talked to some guy at reception 3 times about the inadequacy of our room and when we left if everything went to our liking. The room we got did not have a walkin shower (as advertised) but a small bath where you could not sit in with your legs stretched. And you had to sit because the shower hose was too short to use on your head.
There was one young lady who actually understood what our issue was but she and the one girl at the breakfast service were the only staff in that hotel who understand hospitality and service. Never again ...
