The hotel was beautiful; it was very clear , there was an elevator , the staff was so kind and much more…a beautiful hotel in Prague
The hotel is amazing but there is only 1 thing we didn’t like, the first one was the breakfast which was amazing but it was very expansive for a family of 4

Bathroom was clean and basic utilities were provided, the light switches were nicely next to the bed and nice tv and mini fridge is small but enough, also a kettle.
Was given a card and went up to find someone sleeping there (some other couple) quickly backed out of going inside and immediately went to front desk, the lady was pleasant and it was resolved quickly so cudos to her, but the idea that someone received card to enter a room where other people are staying was a little disturbing and made us question if I wanted to stay there.
I did end up staying but also problems I had were:
The non working ventilation in toilet
Stains on bedsheets
The hair of other people on the bedsheets
The stains on the pillows (green ones)
The stains on the window cutrains (whatever happens)

Great location, close to the metro and walking distance to the city center. Quite rooms (if you have the ones facing the back ) ,clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff, and funky internal design. Self service model takes a little getting used to but may be a sign of future times. Very good breakfast - if a little limited in stock - so best to get there early!
Noise fuse box. It did get solved. Bathroom design is funky but leads to damp build up in room - I also had many flies for some strange reason. Self-service aspect to the hotel is not exactly my cup of tea.

I’ve stayed in Pure White many times as I always appreciated its location. It’s good value for money. Comfortable beds.
The only thing I don’t like is the see-through toilet. You really have no privacy there and that can be quite disturbing if you share the room.

I booked this room at the very last minute because we lost our flight back. Booking and getting to the hotel and room was a very easy process. Also, the room, beds and pillows were comfortable enough.
The system to fill in the forms for check in and checkout are not very user friendly
