Excellent value for money, comfortable place to stay, cleanliness in the room. Close to subway station, also to the city center. Very happy with the stay and plan to come back.

Walkable to Prague old town without being in the centre. Few nice bars close by. Comfy big bed and pillows. Clean fluffy towels. Toiletries provided. Nice shower .
Staff nice and accommodating.
Because we booked through a 3rd party agency, we didn’t get info about late check in as our flight was 4 hours delayed. Maybe not the fault of the hotel. Bit confused over which emergency number to ring to access hotel on check in late at night. Got in eventually. Day before our check out our room cards got de activated and had to ring emergency number again. Hotel staff were very apologetic and gave us complimentary bottle of wine. Hotel staff said there is an app Justinmobile for room key instead of using a physical room card.

A fantastic location very modern and clean very spacious rooms
My room was on level six and was attic style however the shutters that blocked the sunlight from coming in in the morning we’re not super effective and there was quite a lot of light that would come in at the very early hours of the morning
However, that was the only fault I could find everything else was very good

The hotel was clean, room was comfy and the staff were friendly.
Even though there was parking listed in the mini description of the hotel, we found out that there was no parking when we arrived. You have to park in the streets around the hotel and figure out how to pay it using who knows which apps, in the middle of the night after 12 hours of driving, with baby crying while you’re carrying big luggage, stroller and a crib. And that is if you find a free spot. If there wasn’t parking listed we wouldn’t book this hotel.

Communication with David at reception was excellent before arriving from overseas, as I had never visited Prague previously.
Check in was easy and seamless.
David was able to answer of my questions and value added , with recommendations of places to see, things to do and places to eat like locals do.

No direct car parking availble in the hotel, but they said in patner location with pay per night and only availble for certain size of small vehicle. You need to park in purple parking for public in the road, we what somewhat lucky to get parking, may not always same. So please call/ask for parking before check-in

We stayed at the hotel with my girlfriend on April 20–21 and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was lovely, and Kristian at the reception was especially kind and welcoming during the check-in process. We truly enjoyed our stay and really appreciate the hospitality
