I would like to say that I really like Pure White. Everything was well maintained, comfortable, and pleasant, and it made my stay very enjoyable. stayed for 3 nights there and enjoyed it very much. the room was cleaned everyday. it had everything you needed. close to the tram stations and perfect location for those who enjoy walking like me
the only thing i didn’t like was that the heating was off when i checked in and it was freezing. took some time to make the room warm

Good breakfast Friendly staff Comfortable bed Good location (most central attractions are within approximately a 30–40 minute walk) Even if you don’t want to walk that much, public transport options are excellent
The fact that after 8pm they don't have any staff. I stayed there for 4 nights. Significant night noise (loud music and people shouting) made it impossible to sleep on the first night and also affected the beginning of the second night. A room change was offered but did not resolve the issue. After our second complaint, we were informed of an emergency contact number for such situations; this information was only shared at that point and coincidentally after the noisy guests had already left, so fortunately we did not need to use it. From then on, the hotel became quiet and we were able to rest properly during the remaining 2 nights.

They close everything at 8 pm, having no support above that hour, but the most disturbing thing was not having water in the shower

Very clean, comfy and warm rooms! We arrived very late and the check in process was very straightforward. Location was very handy for everything in Prague, plus you're near a Metro stop, so can get everywhere easy. The breakfast was very fresh with plenty of variety to keep all tastes happy. Staff were very attentive and welcoming too. I wouldn't hesitate to return - a great hotel! Many thanks!

Location was excellent, being close to Metro and essential trams, and comfortable walking distance to Main Train Station and city centre. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.
Even though very comfortable stay for 3 adults sharing a room, there were basic tea/coffee making options.
