Room was spacious and tidy with all amenities needed. Nice touch with the robe and slippers. Breakfast was plentiful with many many options of hot and cold food. Staff at main reception were very friendly and helpful at all times. Spa & pool was an added bonus also. Location was great with a short walk to the main square. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again in 2027
Bathroom whist clean was a little dated and could do with an upgrade. Wifi was not great and cutout all the time in the bedroom.

We spent five wonderful days in Prague and stayed at this hotel with my daughter. The location is simply perfect – all the main attractions are within walking distance. Everything was excellent! The breakfasts were varied and delicious, and the room was very clean. There is a piano in the lobby, and in the evenings we enjoyed the magical performance of a wonderful pianist – it created such a special atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to thank the charming and amazing Marketa, who gave my daughter a toy as a farewell gift – she completely won her heart. A special thanks also to Vitek, who was always attentive and took great care of us during breakfast. And Aiya's pancakes are absolutely incredible – real homemade perfection! Next time when we visit Prague, we will definitely stay only at this hotel. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality!

Great location by the river, very friendly staff, lovely room and great pool.
It’s hot in the larger rooms facing the castle.. you can’t control the air con properly in your room and so it gets very hot. They gave us two fans on complaint but I woke up sweating all 4 nights, which is a shame.
