Clean. Breakfast was lovely. Spar was beautiful. Just the bedrooms are a bit dated.
The hotel was meant to be a 5 star hotel
But it not. But still a very nice hotel.

It was very close to main attractions from Prague, 10 minutes walking.
The food was great and the stuff very friendly and professional!
When they heard we were recently married (1 day before arrival) they send a bottle of wine to our room, a gesture which we highly appreciated!
We had a big window to our room which was not very clean.

Swimming pool small and no shallow end. Rooms have a bath with shower in, which is not ideal for an older adult with arthritis

Should have room with shower but got with the bath instead. I am tall so had some troubles taking the shower

From the moment we entered the building we were made to feel special like we were the only people there. All staff were attentive including the front of house lady who went above and beyond to make us feel like returning old friends
Breakfast (as reviews we had read previously) was incredible with the options off the scale.
Location is superb for a 3 day trip to explore Prague.
