From the moment we entered the building we were made to feel special like we were the only people there. All staff were attentive including the front of house lady who went above and beyond to make us feel like returning old friends
Breakfast (as reviews we had read previously) was incredible with the options off the scale.
Location is superb for a 3 day trip to explore Prague.

The location was great, right in the old town. Views of the castle for breakfast.
The room minibar gets refilled every 3 days with water everyday.
The gym is a bit small with no floor space. However I had it all to myself.
The bathroom was a bit old fashioned compared to the room and the rest of the hotel.

Wow! Our first visit to Prague and we certainly picked the best place to stay. From our arrival all the way to checking out the staff could not have done any more to make our stay wonderful. The location is perfect for a city break, just on the edge of historic districts so its a very short walk to see the sights. Our room was very good and very comfortable, the Bathroom was exceptional, (my wife now wants a his and hers sink unit!) The hotel spa was beautiful and never too full, very relaxing after a days sight seeing. Whilst we didn't eat there in the evening, the breakfasts were amazing, with absolutely anything you could possibly wish for. The reception staff, we're fantastic in organising a late checkout for us as we were running the Prague 1/2 Marathon then off to Berlin to do the same there tomorrow. It was just lovely to have the chance to shower and change before boarding the train. They even arranged a car to get us to the station as there were lots of road closures due to the race. All in all we'd definitely come back here and can't rate the President highly enough.
