Our stay in Prague was absolutely perfect thanks to this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious with plenty of storage for suitcases and large wardrobes, which made our stay very comfortable. The bed was huge and cozy—exactly what we needed after long walks. The highlight was definitely the large terrace with a stunning view of the Castle and the cozy seating area by the window. The location is also very convenient—all the main sights and landmarks are just a 5-8 minute taxi ride away. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. We especially loved the evening piano performances near the restaurant; it added such a magical touch to the atmosphere. Great value for money. Highly recommend!

Our experience at the hotel was very disappointing. When we arrived, we realized that the place looked nothing like the photos shown online. On top of that, the price was unreasonably high compared to the quality of service provided. What bothered us the most was the complete lack of cleanliness, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations and was definitely not worth what we paid.

The hotel is located in a lovely and quiet area close to the old town, making it ideal for exploring the city. There are staff members available inside the hotel to help with luggage, but there are no services outside the building to assist guests with carrying bags from the street to the entrance. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay in a great location.
