Superb
They charged my room for wine I did not have at the bar and did nothing about it although emailed them over 6 times. Is this a practice to make money for the hotel? It is expensive enough to stay there. Disappointing and that's why they get a 1. For lack of taking care of the situation. Management contacted me after posting review and they will take care of situation.

The place is great, prices are reasonable, very clean and comfortable and great friendly and helpful staff. Spa facilities are great aswell.
Sometimes you could hear creek noises or knocks from people walking mostly in the morning.

Excellent location. Walking distance to all the sights and public transport. Great basement swimming pool and sauna. Clean and recently refurbished. Reception staff well trained.
Non descriptive decor. Rooms seemed dated with shower over bath configuration. Breakfast had lots of choice but hot food unappealing. Overall a very functional hotel, not luxurious or 5 star in anyway.

Property was at a great location close to the river and 5 mins walk from Oldtown. Pretty cool.. loved the sky bar on the roof top.. view from our room was amazing special mention to Imran the manager of the property.. he was extremely helpful and very good.. helped us with an upgrade as the room we were given first had issue with Water logging the bathroom Sauna, steam and. Swimming pool were amazing
Breakfast is damn expensive, and good quality at the restaurant in the lobby was very simple.. not upto 5star rating.
