Very Poor
A terrible experience with appalling and dismissive service.
There were problems with the room, but instead of addressing them, the hotel kept me waiting for an entire day without a proper response. Eventually, I was told there was nothing they could do.
The location may be convenient, but don’t let it sway you- there are plenty of excellent hotels in the same area where guests can expect far better service.

A wonderful stay! ? The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The reception team was very welcoming and helpful, and all the staff were friendly, cheerful, and always ready to assist. We especially loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which made us feel comfortable and at home. A truly lovely experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel! ??

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Prague and within walking distance of everything. The staff were exceptional, incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Room - excellent! very comfort, large, great view of the castle. Breakfast - Very good, a lot of choices. Cealeness - perfect! Location - great, very close to almost anywhere by foot (old city - 10 minutes, Jewish square - 5 minutes, Karl bridge - 15 min). we didn't use any taxi or bus.
too expensive! 20% overprice than what i think is reasonable for great hotel in Prague

My experience was great! I have to give the upmost regards to a very special lady, she is the manager, her name is Marketa. she goes above and beyond for her customers! I cannot recommend her enough! she was absolutely fantastic, quick and efficient! She made my last day in Prague one of the BEST!!! thank you Marketa for your kindess and hospitality! <3

We loved our stay. We also loved Karin (hope I spelled his name correctly, he said he’s originally from Egypt) on the main floor, who took great care of us every morning during breakfast and occasionally made us a drink. He was always so kind and welcoming, and he made our stay even more enjoyable.

There was a cooking smell in the room, onions, suddenly
They didn't provide water in the room, and I asked for it several times. Then they only provided sparkling water. I have a child with me, and I wanted to make milk. They didn't even provide tissues in the room.
The sink water didn't go down the drain; it came out all over the bathroom.
