The hotel is located in a lovely and quiet area close to the old town, making it ideal for exploring the city. There are staff members available inside the hotel to help with luggage, but there are no services outside the building to assist guests with carrying bags from the street to the entrance. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay in a great location.

Hotel is located within few blocks from all the main attractions in Prague. Room had a nice view of the castle and canal which made the view at sunrise amazing.
Staff at check in and check out have little or no personality and are super cold and lack hospitality manor.

Parking was really comfortable and spacious)) Breakfast was surprisingly nice
The place haven’t been renovated for ages. The rooms and corridors are so old and shabby. I wish the show real pictures of this ancient bathroom so we stay away from the place. The furniture is old, the bed is soft and uncomfortable. Climate system was designed in the 90es and there was no heating option so it was freezing in the room. Obviously the worst place you can stay for the money.

I booked a junior suite and really liked the size of the room and the view of the river and city.
We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel because we thought it was too expensive. We went to nearby cafes instead.

Staff and breakfast was nice
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the overall interior of the room was disappointing. The room did not have a kettle to heat water, even though tea was provided. We had to call three times to get one, and when it was finally delivered, it was rusty.
