The location, views & bedroom size.
Bathroom size too small for bedroom size. Pool had a strange odor which we notified the staff of and they investigated.

Rooms immaculate. Whole hotel spotless. Attentive restaurant staff and doorman. Great pool, luke warm and lovely mood lighting decor.
No kettle or iron and ironing board in room (for a five star hotel)

Nice internal decor. Nice staff. Sky bar lovely but pricey. Very comfortable.
Water goes out of shower to wet slippery floor and to carpet. Reception staff allowed a family to jump the queue. Maybe that's how things work in prague but the queue was obvious so more attention this way. Reception behind desk should be more open and welcoming and not have eyes down when people are walking in.

Staff is amazing and helpful. Regarding room service and deserts at night it was delightful. The content of the fridge and snacks are included in the price of the rooms.
The bathrooms should get a little face lift, because the rooms are amazing, but the bathrooms are like from 1980s.
