Rooms are nice and Hotel is well located
I am very unhappy about the service. First I made a mistake with my booking. So there was no way to help me, even not offering any help to book the correct date. No help. Second it takes too long to check in also no hint to use elevator "B" to find the room. Third - one team member became sick after taking scambled eggs in the hotel. Next 45 Euro for breakfest per person is very expensive. Last at stay - They let me waiting 10 minutes to leave the parking spot and did not answer phone call and it was extremly raining.

We had a wonderful stay with our family and would happily return on our next visit. The location is fantastic and made it easy to explore the city. The hotel was very clean throughout, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Both bars were excellent, with the terrace bar offering beautiful views. The spa facilities were also outstanding, including the pool, sauna, and steam room. We also booked a massage during our stay and was excellent. A special mention goes to the team in the lobby bar, who provided friendly and attentive service. See you soon

The location, the facilities, the breakfast,the staf. All was great. We spend 4 night at the hotel in a river view room. The room was nice and the view was amazing.

Marketa was amazing - we were a very big family with 4 little children and she did absolutely everything to make sure we the rooms are adjacent and that we have a good stay . She even gave my kids labubu dolls which was so kind - they got very excited. Besides that the breakfast is great , the hotel is located in a nice centralized place , pool is well maintained and there is even a sky bar if you wanna enjoy some time off from the children at night.
