Great location, comprehensive facilities (cafe on premises, luggage storage), spacious, laundry in apartment, windows facing quiet courtyard. Creative way to set up bed above bathroom.

Only the location was perfect
There is a musty smell in the apartment. There is a discrepancy between the size and the actual furnishings in the photos on the website. Service was very bad .

Wonderful
It was very spacious and clean. It was well-equipped. We loved the fun and eclectic furniture. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the fact that it was so close to the Old Town Square.

Rooms were spotlessly clean. comfortable beds and pillows very nice linens. Large widows which opened lots of sunlight. A lovely oasis patio area to sit outside away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town. Apartments are a 5 minute walk to Old Town right by the Astronomical Clock.

this was a good sized apartment with full a kitchen. The check in/out process was very easy, and the facility was located in a great spot in old town -- within reasonable walking distance (or close to public transit) of many good sites.
The large bed was not very comfortable -- it sagged quite a bit in the center (from head to foot).

The property was so hidden at first we were worried. But once we found with ease it was so quaint and quiet. Especially once you walk right out the compound and see you are right in old time square! So amazing! The beds in apt 8 were nothing short of amazing as well!

Great location! Right off of Main Square in Prague. Close to public transit!
Bedrooms are right next to one another and back bedroom is only accessible by walking through front bedroom.

Lovely responsive staff and very Kind Lady welcome us, She was Very friendly and helpful. A few steps from the main square in the old town, Everything was great. Very quiet especially in the morning. Good beds and pillows.

No hesitation at all in recommending this place to anyone. A few steps from the main square in the old town, so surrounded by history, culture, restaurants, shops... yet very quiet. An easy trip by metro to the Congress Centre (and a far more pleasant location to stay!). Comfortable, clean and well-equipped ground-floor apartment, leading out to common areas - a small courtyard, and an inside and terrace café. Kind staff, friendly fellow guests and Prague central - what's not to like?

This place is a lil bit of heaven. We stayed in the Pineapple room, which had a lovely view of the courtyard garden. It was super quiet, very clean, and had chandeliers! You can go get a drink at the lil bar, which was nice, but I was hoping for breakfast, but it wasn't open in the mornings when we were up. There's an amazing place directly next door that has amazing breakfast and coffee though, so I wont hold that against them. Of our 3 week European vacation, this was our very favorite hotel. I should mention that the second bedroom which my daughter stayed in, was a bit like a convent room, with two twin beds, but she thought it was really cool, so there's that. Also the location is amazing, whether you go right or left out of the hotel, it's a quick walk to the main square.
Not much to dislike, but I would have loved a free beverage when we checked in. For some reason I had got it in my head that when we went to reception, that meant we'd be drinking. My bad.

Location is fabulous, easy access to all local sites, walkable. Rooms with all you need, clean, beds comfy, host staff a pleasure, great WiFi, felt safe, easy check in and out. When return to Prague, we’ll stay here again.

Very Good
Location was very good and the rooms were spacious. The washing machine worked well
and a drying rack was provided. The windows faced the courtyard so nights were very quiet. We slept well.
The drip coffee maker did not work and needed to be replaced.

Having a washing machine is always a bonus.
