The location and staff
The outdoor seats are removed at 7:00 pm. The hotel then becomes only indoor seating. I think they should extend the time of outdoor seating and the cafe time

I love that it was very close proximity to landmarks, restaurants, and shops. The gym was great, it had enough machines so I could complete my daily workout.
I am always impressed with Marriott's modern, spacious, and impeccably clean rooms. I love the
Artisan Restaurant breakfast buffet. And we enjoyed the live music when we came in.
The rain and handheld shower were nice, but the no-door design was odd. The shower flooded due to slow drainage.

Hotel location fabulous, bed very comfortable.
The swimming pool is not heated, and the steam room is closed, so both are unusable, which i noticed in reviews has been reported before so inexcusable that this has not been resolved when you have paid for this to be included. Coffee at Bar nearly five pounds, which again is ridiculous. No milk in rooms over the four days, so coffee and tea provided in rooms are pointless. I reported this to reception twice, but nothing resolved.

Warm interior decor of the room. Good connection to YouTube TV. Polite reception staff. Comfortable mattress.
The young brunette lady on duty at the bar completely ignored me for 5 minutes. In contrast to the smiling reception staff. Reassuringly the manager looked at her colleagues and caught on the barmaid was being impolite.

The location is great. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was nice.
The room which we stayed was connected to another room with a 2 doors. We were able to hear the next room. This was not satisfying at all. Also, some of the waiters during the breakfast was so weird. They were somehow not able to achieve what we have asked for ( even a straw:)). During the checkout , the lady looked so careless and tired. This was not something that I would see from Marriott staff honestly.

We had a wonderful stay at the Prague Marriott Hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Old Town and many major attractions, yet quiet enough for a good night’s rest. Our room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was included and truly exceeded our expectations, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. The staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful. We also used the hotel parking. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Prague.
