The location was just excellent- almost everything was in walking distance: old town, dancing house, main station. Also close to the tram and metro stations.
The soundproofing was close to zero, we just could hear everything what was happening on the floor, especially at nights. Also the pillows were super uncomfortable :(

I attempted to book again, but they attempted to charge me twice the amount when I visited their location.
The staff is completely unfamiliar with English, even basic and simple words. They are completely ignorant of anything else.

This hotel is well located, good connections, tram, subway, bus. Rooms are very small, the building is old, old fashion decoration. Prices are tricky , due to the exchange rate. The girls at the breakfast buffet are amazing, kind and helpful. They're the best!
The Receptionists attitude, facilities , the lift is small even claustrophobic.

Room was really clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast had a good quality and included in the room price. They were flexible about early check in, when the room had become available, and about storing our bags.
The location requires to take short public transport ride to from the center. The street is quite noisy at night and the room is so hot that you need to open the window. The shower drain worked slowly to the shower flooded a bit and the shower head was a cheap adaptation of a hand shower extension.

The breakfasts, very nice and kindly stuff. And the location is great: 5 minutes walk to subway/tramway and after only 10-15 minutes to drive to any intersting place.

Its a very good value for money hotel in Prague, its near the old city and a good neighborhood with restaurants and bars.
We had our bicycles secured there in the garage downstairs.
The terrace is a nice place for your breakfast or a beer etc.
For the money, the breakfast was fine?
I really didn’t like the all noise from the street, so bring earplugs or try to get a room facing the backyard instead the street.

Excellent location, easily accessible by train—just make sure to take the correct exit near the lift. The room was clean and well-maintained. After a tiring night journey, I was kindly granted early check-in by Zainab. Breakfast was good, and Maria was very helpful with all the information I needed.

The breakfast was great. The location was reasonably close to the train station and the old town.
No air conditioning in the room that we had. There was just a fan. I probably would not stay here during the middle of summer.

Room, Garden, Breakfast, were all great. Breakfast was especially great.
The wood panel of the hotel room door dropped and almost hit my head. It was heavy and if it hit me, it would have caused serious injury. PHoto attached. The Hotel really should check all rooms door to make sure that this won't happen.

The staff were helpful and the location was good. Breakfast was okay.
Hotel was very old, the room was dark with no natural lightning. No bathroom slip-ons, no tooth-kit. The window view was horrible, the walls were too thin, we could hear the next door guests talking and could not sleep
