Overall, it was a good experience. There are boards offering a wealth of information about the city, and you can find some great tours. The common areas are nice, and it's reassuring that so many people choose it. It's about 30 minutes to the city center by public transportation.
The sound insulation of the rooms could have been a little better and a little more attention could have been paid to cleaning, but it's not a big deal.

Comfortable beds, nice shower with warm water, and essentials provided. Friendly staff.
Location is a 10-15min Uber outside of the main tourist areas (Old & New Town). The tiled floor was soaking wet when we checked in.

Pleasant staff. Very helpful. For the price paid, facilities were great.
The hostel didn’t have hand soap in the bathroom in the room. I had to buy my own.

HHello,
I have stayed at Prague Plus before, so I’m familiar with the property. I’m happy to say that the standards since my last stay have not changed. The staff have been super friendly, and the whole property has been spotless in my opinion.
This time I stayed in a different room, but the bed was very comfortable and the bedlinen was perfectly clean. The bathroom and toilet were spotless on my arrival and kept clean throughout my stay. I also used the sauna and pool, which were well maintained, clean, and hygienic.
The location is excellent—there’s a tram and underground station within a few minutes’ walk. The surrounding area is great too, with plenty of restaurants nearby.
I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those on a budget. I will definitely book again!

Secure gated parking shared with Police station was the main reason we booked this property for. The parking fee 9 euros is also very nice.
Big spacious family room.
Late checkin time and early checkout time. The guests in the common area near the reception were way too loud. The room had sun facing windows so was very warm in the day.
