The receptionists welcomed us very warmly, and their small gesture of giving a gift was truly thoughtful and appreciated.
The hotel itself was clean and generally satisfactory. However, we had a very disappointing experience at the hotel bar.
We were having a drink before an important appointment and still had some of our drinks left. A staff member came to our table, informed us that the bar was closing soon, and then took our drinks away without asking whether we had finished or giving us a chance to do so.
We understand that businesses have closing hours, but taking away drinks that guests have paid for before they are finished is not acceptable and felt very disrespectful. This experience left a negative impression and affected our overall stay.
I hope the hotel will improve its staff training and customer service in the future.

Staff were excellent, the breakfast was suberb (great choice and quality) and we had pleasant surroundings in the restaurant for our meals. Room was great quality, and bed extremely comfortable - after busy days sightseeing, we slept well with the help of good air conditioning. The tram into the city took about 20 mins, and we were able to get off easily for the main sights. The hotel also offers the Prague City Card, which enabled us to book a guided walk - there are other benefits which we didn't use.
Great value for money, with complimentary prosecco on arrival, and a bottle of red wine in our room on arrival. Other complimentary benefits too - voucher for drink on the rooftop restaurant of the sister hotel in the city Centre.
We would certainly go back!

The staff was very kind and professional. Very good breakfast, the location was perfect to visit Prague, easy to access public transportation and quiet during night.
The hotel has small rooms and the furniture is old. If you travel with kids I wouldn't recommend it, but if it is just a 2 person it's ok.

Great location, exceptional hospitality, spacious rooms, underground parking at hotel and if you own a big SUV they have a gated parking in the next street. Spacious modern and clean rooms. Free vouchers with 20% discount on majpr attration, free drinks voucher, I mean what else you need
