Most of the staff members were very helpful. Gym about 10 min walk was great. Water in room. Location close to a railway station
I didn't sleep well in those single beds put together. One reception staff was rude (the others were amazing). Internet was slow in my room. Breakfast never changed in all the days and a bit boring having 2 options of ultra processed sausages but no bacon.

The hotel has an excellent location—just a few steps from a tram stop that connects you to all parts of the city, including the city center. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, with elevators for convenience. The beds and mattresses were extremely comfortable, including the pillows, which made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped with a hairdryer and shampoo. The room also had a TV and was both clean and cozy. Breakfast was included in our stay and exceeded expectations—it was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including plant-based milk alternatives. A big plus! Another highlight was the Italian restaurant located within the hotel premises. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to others.
I would have appreciated a higher quality shampoo and separate products for hair and body. The toilet, which was in a separate room from the main bathroom, had an unpleasant smell and the space felt a bit outdated.

Room was very spacious, the breakfast was amazing and fully comprehensive of everything. We also enjoyed the staff of the hotel since everybody was polite and willing to help.
Menu of the Puglia restaurant. Not too many options available for people with Lactose intolerance for example. Pillows also were a bit hard.

The hotel was very nice for our stay, the room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very accommodating and ready to help. Breakfast was very good, even if restaurant isn’t very big there was always place for everyone. The location is good, across the street was a tram stop. The parking being free is always nice, however the only downside is that the underground garage in the hotel is very small and narrow, not every car can access it safely. There is another hotel parking 2 minutes away from the building more accessible for bigger cars.

The staff is amazing is super helpfull! The best experiences with reception I've ever had, the person who checked us in was even helping me to find a temporary parking space outside. I hope the owners treats their staff well , cause they really deserve it! Thanks!
